Little Steps Pediatric Therapy

We were evaluated by Little Steps and that went fine, but we will not go through doing therapy with them as more interested in filling "openings" than patient care. While on the waiting list to start therapy I have been called to come in to for an appointment 1.5 hours before the appointment would have started due to cancellations of other patients. I was then told that my child would not continue to get care, this would just be a "one time" appointment, but we are still on a wait list. I work in this field and know very well that having a random OT session is not good patient care, especially for a child who is needing OT due to issues with changes and transitions! Them "reaching out to me to start sooner" with one appointment is a way to get slots filled for $. I know this because I refused to do it with my patients. I'm not interested in a place that puts that above my child's care.

Miss Sandra makes my daughter feel so comfortable to be in speech therapy and is always keeping us updated on the progress of her therapy as well as opening us to new options to try out and Miss Meridith always helps accommodate our work schedule great place overall for your child's therapy needs at the St.John office

They have been working with our toddler on better expressing his emotions at day care. In just four short weeks we have seen tremendous progress working with Shayla (occupational therapy). Really happy with our progress and with his therapist.

Great office with wonderful staff. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for a few months and she has progressed so much and has bonded with Miss Julie and Miss Danielle. Lucky to have this place so close to home!

We LOVE the St. John location and all the therapists!! I can’t say enough good things about all of them. My daughter goes for PT, OT, and Speech and she looks forward to going! Every day she asks if she has therapy!
