Jenny is truly amazing & a wonderful person to have been part of my son's life. We were having such a hard time when I stumbled upon sensory processing disorder & how occupational therapy can help. Jenny has changed our lives so much! She knows her stuff & she is sooo good with kids! My son absolutely loved Mrs. Jenny & she made him feel safe, comfortable, & loved. I love that I was involved in the whole process & she taught me a lot during parent sessions as well. We highly recommend Little Light for OT services!!

We have had a wonderful experience with Little lights and couldn’t recommend them enough! We sought help with our son after months of feeling lost and frustrated with new behaviors he was exhibiting. We were met with warmth and understanding as soon as we stepped into the office. They helped us understand his sensory processing needs and gave us tools on how to help him cope. Our boy grew in communication skills and cooperative play and it was amazing to see how he blossomed.

Little Light is amazing! They have helped my son and our family more than I could have hoped. Jenny and Karen are both incredibly knowledge and kind and developed a wonderful relationship with my son. They provided our family many resources along the way to help us better understand the strategies to put in place for my son.

Little Light has been such a timely blessing to our whole family. Our therapist quickly became a dear friend to us all. Our daughter has been able to navigate her most challenging year yet by attending Little Light’s intensive therapy program. They treat children with the utmost respect and kindness, strive endlessly to protect their little hearts, and are creative in finding ways to accomplish therapy in fun and exciting ways that hold a child’s interest. I’ve seen my daughter return to her true self, shake off the difficulties of this year, and grow in important social, emotional, and physical skills. The team at Little Light strikes the perfect balance between professional and childlike. Our family could not have made it through this year without their support.

Me and my husband knew our daughter was going through something but we didn’t know what, so our daughter Reign was sent by her Dr. to Little light pediatric therapy to get her evaluated, she was evaluated by the therapist Mrs. Crystal. First of all when we first met her you knew she loves and cares for kids, and that was for sure a plus for us. So Reign was evaluated and diagnosed with sensory process disorder, we didn’t know what that was, but Mrs. Crystal did amazing on explaining it to us so we knew how to help reign. We for sure ended up going with them and reign did 20 sessions 2 times a week plus also 5 sessions with Mrs. Crystal and me and my husband where we just have a parent meeting and discuss how reign is progressing and those parent meetings I loved because it helped us more with speaking to the therapist one on one and knowing what all we can do to help reign. When Reign first started her sessions, she did not want to swing on any of the swings, some stuff we could tell she was nervous about doing, but the more she did her sessions the more she became so confident and started swinging on the swings and that was a big achievement for reign. Reign also had difficulty with holding her crayon correctly and copying What the therapist would draw, also some toys/games we played that help with sensory issues reign had trouble doing it correctly, but the more and more she kept trying the more she got better on it! The other best thing about this place is them wanting you to be a part of therapy, so you can learn right along with your child! We were so proud of how reign ended with therapy, she accomplished so much stuff and so fast. Reign is one that likes to do things her self “haha” and she was determined to learn and do it correctly and that is what she did. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. I couldn’t imagine Reign going to anyone else. The only sad part about it, is when the child graduates and they have to say goodbye to the person that helped them so much. Mrs. Crystal, I couldn’t imagine a better therapist for Reign, you went above and beyond for reign and was always there for her and always letting Reign know that she can do this. Thank you Little Light Pediatric Therapy for being there for reign!

Jenny and the staff did such a great job of taking care of us and our little one. We were thoughtfully guided through the process and given a lot of tools to help us grow as parents in how we can support our child. The approach was structured, mindful, and came from a place of great compassion. We're very grateful for this process and can say we were supported and guided to improvement for our family. A great asset to the community!

Every once in a while we will come across someone or some place that makes this journey of parenting a child with unique needs a little easier and a lot more joyful. To say that Little Light has been that to us only captures a small piece of what they mean to our family. From our first phone call, I knew we had stumbled upon something special. The office and gym are, by themselves, beautiful; the space is impeccably clean, modern, well-organized, and so thoughtfully designed with the child's experience in mind. But it's the people who make Little Light irreplaceable in our book. From Julie at the front desk to each therapist you interact with, everyone exudes a warmth, calm, and quiet joy that tells you just how much they love their work and the families they help. Prior to beginning at Little Light, therapy was something we dreaded. We would spend most of the sessions trying to keep our son somewhere he clearly didn't want to be! Little Light changed that for us. Our son has been receiving occupational therapy at Little Light for over 18 months and we were so excited to be able to add speech therapy last fall. Throughout our time at Little Light, the clinic has continued to be one of his favorite places to be. And even more so, his therapists continue to be some of his absolute favorite people. His face lights up the moment we walk in the door and we can tell he feels comfortable and safe enough to be himself. The relationship-based and sensory processing approach that guides their practice has helped us better understand his needs and given us tools to connect with him in beautiful and meaningful ways. He has grown in ways we couldn't have anticipated when we started with Little Light 18 months ago. The therapists at Little Light are so thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply knowledgeable in all of our conversations. They have been a voice we trust with concerns large or small. Their appreciation for and emphasis on parental involvement in therapy is clear. Although the sessions are for our son, I leave each session feeling a little more equipped to apply the principles and strategies that they model during therapy. It can feel scary or discouraging to sign your child up for an evaluation of any kind. But having been through multiple evaluation processes elsewhere, we can easily say that our occupational therapy and speech evaluations at Little Light were the least stressful, most enjoyable, and most accurate evaluations we've been through. If you believe your child could benefit from occupational or speech therapy, or if you're looking for a new clinic, we can't recommend Little Light highly enough. We will be forever grateful for the ways they've helped our family.

Five stars isn’t even enough! Little Light Pediatric Therapy is a gem and the go-to place for children’s therapy services. The therapists pour out their love and devotion into their clients - kids and adults alike. Coming to Little Light for sensory processing for my 3.5yr old at the time was a game changer for our family. They helped turn his world right-side up. And equally important, breathed life into our spirits. It was so encouraging to work with therapists who not only understood our journey, but deeply cared about our physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. My son grew leaps over the course of our 30-hr sessions and I’m still seeing the fruit of those planted seeds. Seeds that gave us the tools, knowledge, and skill set to overcome some hurdles and feel confident that we can succeed on this journey that looks a little different than everyone else’s. I’ve never cried so much just out of sheer relief that someone understood my son and didn’t want to give up on him. He stills talks about going to Little Light to jump in the little ball pit. My favorite memory is of him wearing a snorkel mask while swinging on a swing trying to shoot a basketball through the hoop. Little Light is all about meeting children where they are and putting the fun in therapy that shapes their little lives forever. With all our heart, we have the most gratitude for Little Light and their therapists.
