Little Champs Therapy & Yoga - West Palm Beach, FL location

Love the atmosphere and the kids that come in and sure enough my son loves it here too. I been coming here for years and I see such improvements with my son once he was non verbal and now he's speaking in 3 word sentences now. I highly recommend coming here if your child needs any help in improving there development. The staff are so kind and patient with all the kids that come to the facility, even if they don't have them scheduled in they are very sweet. Including the front desk girls very kind and sweet. I love that I get daily reminders from phone calls emails and texts so I don't forget what time my son's therapy is.

The office it’s self, is wonderful. I love my daughter’s therapist Jacklyn. And the front desk workers are also wonderful. The problem is the third party schedulers that constantly call me every single week & harass me about extending my daughter’s appointment. I tried that once and discussed it with Jacklyn directly on if we should continue doing hour long sessions or adding more sessions due to the insurance approving them to have either 1 hour long sessions or two 30 minute ones. We both agreed that the schedule they are currently is fine and they do not need more session or longer ones. I do not know how many times or different ways I have to explain it or politely say no, stick to their normal routine; but these people refuses to respect my boundaries. Every. Single. Week. I am being called about pushing their appointments for an hour. It has now literally become harassment and if it continues I will unfortunately need to find a new office for my daughters to go to. I have only stayed this long because as I stated before, I love Jacklyn. She is amazing with my girls & I have seen huge improvements with them but their schedulers have crossed the line on now harassing my husband while he is working over this issue. They do not know how to take NO for an answer.

My Daughter loves this!! The front desk ladies are so welcoming and friendly. Ms.Jackie is an awesome therapist she work with my daughter and has improve her communication skills and teaching her how to produce sounds correctly and articulate words clearly. Now she on top of her game and nothing is standing in her way. Thanks little champs

My son been attending this location for over a year, our experience has been up and down. His therapists Ms Taylor and Ms Jackie are amazing. The only thing I don’t like about this is schedule, it’s like lately they been only “fitting in” on any day. It’s not much of a coordination. I must highlight Tasha, she being a very outstanding receptionist, always willing to help.

I'm really disappointed with this place. I had such high hopes. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the therapists I have encountered do a GREAT job. However, from an office/operations standpoint, this place is extremely disorganized. Appointments for assessments were consistently made and cancelled over a course of months, and then re-booked for a date/time without my consent. Mind you, these appointments were made even when they knew they didn't have the staff to accomodate those appointments. Little Champs says they travel to homes/schools, but having the standard State of Florida documents completed and returned to the school took months, and only happened because I had the therapist meet with a notary at my work to expedite things. I honestly don't even think the office staff knew what it meant to have documents notarized. I can certainly appreciate that it is hard to find great therapists. However, there is no excuse for the lack of organization and communication. If you don't have therapists for appointments, then say you are unable to do the appointment immediately. Don't string someone along and then admit this months later. Unfortunately, they are probably losing great therapists and competent staff members because leadership is lacking. My guess is that the owner is not dialed in to what is going on (or s/he just doesn't care), which is a real shame. I requested to speak with the owner but never heard back.

We have had the best experience at Little Champs for Occupational Therapy. We got in quickly for an evaluation, and then they were able to find a regular time for us quickly that worked in our schedule. My son worked with Ms Maggie, and she has been so amazing. We have seen incredible progress with our son in the past few months (he struggles with sensory issues and executive functioning). We have and will continue to recommend Little Champs to anyone in need of OT services!

The therapist are great. The front area needs some work on (it smells most of the time) Lately, scheduling has been horrible. Overall , good place

Excellent therapists . Such a Welcoming place . Awesome staff. I have my two daughters and they love it here .
