From beginning I’ve lived coming here. Staff is lovely, they are great with the kids, my daughter loves coming here she’s been going to the Boca location since April. The therapist take the time to explain everything to you and explain what they will be working on and how my child does on her weekly visits. I’ve seen improvement with my daughter weekly. They specialized in so many different services. I highly recommend this location. Ms Jamie, Gizel and Ali are all amazing! the ladies at the front desk are also amazing! and the scheduling services they work with you to help schedule appointments that works best for you and your kid. Keep up the amazing work guys and thank you so much for all you do.

I would give no stars if it were possible. They had me go through the whole process of intake, insurance acceptance, referral written and then sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks straight. I had to call my daughters insurance and report this to the case manager because I made several calls, sent several emails to get no response at all. Then when I did, I was told they do not have therapists to provide the services they so eagerly solicited in the previous calls before making referrals and calls to get her in. I find that they are very unprofessional and reading the reviews, I can see it is normal for their business. So telling everyone what a waste of time this was. Parents have to waste so much time to get the kids in and they are not met with professionalism in a timely manner. Total waste of time.

I recently had a deeply troubling experience at little Champs Therapy that I feel compelled to share in order to warn others about the work environment there. From the very beginning, it was evident that the owner had unrealistic expectations for her employees. The workload was overwhelming; it felt like I was expected to perform the duties of five people without adequate compensation. Managing multiple clients, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the facility left me feeling exhausted and undervalued. One of the most significant issues was the complete unrealistic expectation, I expressed my discomfort. Doing work that would have been give to three individuals added to the stress of my already overwhelming responsibilities. Before I was dismissed as an employee of little champ Therapy, I’ve asked for assistance as the workload was not meant for one person three weeks past our supervisor had quit, and I was being directed to train without compensation or clear instructions. To make matters worse, I learned that Jennifer, the new HR representative, informed my colleagues about my termination before even speaking to me. When I was finally called into the back office, she could not provide a clear reason for my dismissal. The fact that my colleagues were informed of my firing before I was left me feeling disrespected and bewildered. It felt completely unjust, especially given that my discomfort with training others stemmed from being overworked and undertrained myself. Throughout my time there, I witnessed talented staff members being let go under similar circumstances, often for trivial reasons. The atmosphere was rife with anxiety, and it was clear that employee well-being was not a priority. If you are seeking therapy services for your child, or employment for yourself, I strongly encourage you to consider other options. Many facilities prioritize both client care and employee support, fostering a much healthier environment for everyone involved.

Update: I love the copy and paste generic impersonal reply they give below. You know I was never going to put a review because I figure people will find out for themselves, but I just recently got an email from Little Champs about an event and I quickly unsubsribed from getting any emails. Getting this email reminded me of what a horrific experience my child had. My child went there about 3 years ago now. I really hope they have changed because I have no idea how this place receives good reviews. These reviews must be from parents who just sadly don't know better and don't know what quality therapy looks like. Unless of course this place made major major changes which that would be great for future clients. What I experienced was constant CONSTANTTTTT rescheduling and last minute cancellations, therapist's wouldn't stay on my son's case more than a couple of times, constant turn over, unprofessional staff that would pretend they were sick and call out last minute (it was pathetic) and for some reason I let it go on for too long giving them all these chances. I'd say 60% of the time his sessions were canceled. I once had a physical therapy session on telehealth which I thought was ridiculous to do for my particular child anyway. She basically told me what to tell him to do and I'm not a physical therapist. The shocking part was this girl was driving her car while doing the session, looking at the road and then at the camera. I stopped the session. It was the craziest most unprofessional thing that I have ever seen and dangerous. I stayed because I was afraid I wouldn't find another place that took his insurance so I felt something was better than nothing. My child was always left disappointed when I told him "You have so and so coming today" and then "Oh they are not coming". I eventually did find a wonderful place and my child is thriving now because of it. When I was at Little Champs my child made no progress because the services were so poor. It was two wasted years. I spoke to management and to the owner and nothing changed, nothing was handled. The scheduling department was always confused. When they would go to my child's ABA center, I would pick up my child and ask how speech or OT went and the RBT would tell me "Oh he didn't have it today" or "They didn't come". Little Champs would never communicate a session was canceled. I had to find out through the ABA clinic. I don't know how they could do this to children who need help. Anyway, I am glad I'm writing this review. People should know. I do hope they made major major changes. I certainly would never go back there. Someone from my child's insurance recommended them to me for music therapy and I started laughing and told them to never recommend LC to anyone and why. My child's ABA company parted ways with them and said they are awful and would never recommend them. There was only one speech therapy assistant there who was good and an occupational therapy assistant. I liked them and I hope they found something better. There are other places I'd look into before ever considering this place for your child. Your child deserves better.

The experience that I’ve had with Little champs therapy has to be the most unprofessional Experience ever. My doctor requested that this was going to be a great spot so I decided to give it a try I called the office. They told me what to do on the website and I did exactly that never did I receive a callback from them or any update. It’s been a whole year and I have not received any help nor did they even give me a call back. After a year went by, I decided to try again only to get an appointment and a week later that appointment was canceled and to be put on the waitlist. I truly believe that every child deserves a chance little champs therapy definitely did not show up nor did they seem to care at all. Thank You God Bless.

Terrible experience! I set an appointment for physical therapy over the phone on 07/12/204 for 08/07/2024. I was looking for something sooner but the lady said it was the first opening and I accepted. I received an email to fill out consent form and I gave her all of my daughter’s information. I received another email a day before my appointment to register on the portal and I did it. I drove from Fort Lauderdale to Boca, with a 13 months old and I am 29 weeks pregnant. I got there on time for my appointment (mind you I woke up my daughter from her nap to not be late) and the font desk lady had the audacity to tell me that I made a mistake(not them) and I had no appointment set today or any other day. I showed her the emails and she asked who I spoke and I have no idea, it was almost a month ago. She made few phone calls and told me they would reach me out to put me on the waiting list. Extremely rude! not even said sorry or tried to squeeze me in on the same day or maybe any day in the next week. She acted like I was wrong for being there. I can understand that they made a mistake but don’t try to blame me for something that I didn’t do! And that’s why I’m really upset with their service. I’m not crazy and I didn’t “create” this appointment in my mind and just showed up… At that moment they had few kids in the waiting room and I didn’t want to be louder or start an argument. Just told her to not call me because I’ll never be back to this place.

Little Champs is great for various types of therapy. We’ve been patients for quite a while and are treated with respect and feel are needs are being met. Mrs. Julie is very sweet and patient.
