They don’t deserve a 1 star. This is the crappiest nursing home I’ve ever been in. I’m a nursing home administrator myself and can say they aren’t holding staff accountable. I went to see my father like I do every month since I live in Atlanta. His teeth haven’t been brushed and cleaned since I was there last. The same amount of denture tabs still in the pack. His call light on the floor. The bed had food in it and he’s suppose to up for all meals due to aspiration precautions. Not only did it have food in it they had made it up wet and dumped baby powder on the mattress instead of cleaning it. Fingernails nasty and not cut. It seems as though the administrator, despite being related to my father, couldn’t care less. I have complained for over a year and it continues to get worse. His feet are swollen and red and I was told it was a fungal infection. They are purple, ice cold and swollen. I’m calling the feds since ADPH hasn’t been there to investigate yet. They deserve IJ’s and a ton of them. He also had a woman’s shirt on today with the same last name so they obviously can’t read. Mark Smith you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this type treatment to any resident!

Making the decision to turn over the health and care of my grandfather was not an easy one. My stress and anxiety levels were at an all-time high when it came to this phase of life. My grandfather and I were both shown transparency and trust during the admission process, which made the transition easy. I know that when it comes to senior health care that no two cases are alike. During my grandfather's stay, he received an itemized health care plan that we trusted. Not only was physical health a priority, but his mental health was also. He was always greeted with smiles and laughs by the staff. Happiness and laughter are contagious. It was a blessing to me to know that he was being surround with good people with happy attitudes.

I have never been so disappointed with a nursing home facility. I do not and would NEVER recommend this place. On several occasions I've expressed concerns and been reassured my concerns would be addressed and handled appropriately. Never happens!!! I feel like I'm told what I want to hear and issues are never resolved. There's a few excellent nurses and CNA's that do their best and I appreciate those few but I can't count the times other employees have been rude and disrespectful. Please do your research and read reviews before placing a loved one at this nursing home.

Sister has been there 4 1/2 years and the staff has been excellent. Everyone I have had any dealings with have been caring, loving and professional. I couldn't ask for a better place for her.

Visiting my mom for the first time staff is friendly and extremely attentive. I'm very impressed facility is also very clean.

Wonderful staff and place. I was treated so nicely when I arrived and the fun activities to keep everyone busy are great.
