Lincoln Square Post-Acute Care

Visited a long-time friend today. I appreciated the security with check-in, the helpful and friendly receptionist, while in the room they brought us chairs, noticed us still standing and moved the chairs closer to the bed. Who does that? Very thoughtful. The facility also appeared put together and clean.

Lee was so chipper, up and awaiting my visit in the lobby. We were able to go out for a walk. He bragged on how good he was looking with a fresh shave, nicely manicured hands and spiffy outfit. He said Shirly does an outstanding in assisting him. A tremendous thank you from our family for the care you give my brother.

Recently stayed there for aftercare and physical therapy! I was impressed with everything about this place! Food was good, Nurses and CNA’s were excellent! The support staff was on top of things! Room and bedding was changed cleaned daily! I had a CNA named Alma who was on top of my needs and was very easy to talk with about my concerns! Kudos Alma you are definitely one in a million! Everyone was most helpful during my 3 weeks there! Yes I will go there again if I ever need after care again! Place was very clean!

Grateful for the care my dad received at Lincoln Square. The best physical therapy especially for helping rebuild his strength. Also grateful to Alma and her care for my dad. She quickly learned his personality and was able to give such great support through his rehabilitation. So blessed by this team.

Always clean, very professional with all needs requested. Very pleasant to talk with when having a question about the patient.

Lorena and the staff at Lincoln square are very helpful, informative and you can tell they really care! My family and I are very new to needing nursing care and they continuously answer all questions and promptly as well. I truly appreciate Lorena (sorry if I spelled incorrectly!) on her dedication to answering my questions as my grandmother transitioned from the hospital to lincoln square. Ive also visited and they keep the facility very clean and ensure to take your screening temp prior to entry to ensure one is not experiencing symptoms as their patients come first.

Just had my mother here at this place after falling and breaking a few bones and needed skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. And I would recommend coming here to this one. All the nurses and physical therapists were great!! I was really impressed with how much therapy they offer. Even on the weekends!!! The food was okay, but they did offer substitutions for if you didn't like what was on the menu. Thanks for taking good care of my mom ❤️
