My first time going for PT and I couldn't have visited a better place. Kind staff from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Shout-out to Brooklynn and Jessica for making me stretch til I sweat every Tuesday morning. 🦵

The PTs and PTAs at Lincoln Physical Therapy are excellent. They listen to concerns and are very supportive in getting you to your end goal. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place and all the staff. I have had a lot of different physical therapists over the years and this place by far is the best to include the receptionist! I was referred here by a friend and I was skeptical, however, from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the super friendly receptionist to when I first met my physical therapist, Troy, I knew it was going to be a good and positive experience. I have been coming here since September of 2021. I have worked with all the staff and techs. I have had three shoulder surgeries and now being seen for issues with my neck, nerves, and spine. Troy would not release me from his care until I could do what I needed to for the military. Yes he could have released me to do exercises at home on my own, however, he took the time to get to know me and knew I would probably put it off for everything else I had to do. He knew by me coming in to see him, I was getting the range of motion, exercises, and strengthening in I needed to. He always encouraged me, especially when I would be frustrated if I was not at where I wanted to be. I could be having a bad day and he would turn it around and make me laugh and not realize he did that. He takes the time to listen to you as do all the staff here. They do not rush you and actually listen to you and watch to make sure you are doing the proper form. My husband passed while a patient here and they sent me a plant to my house without me even realizing it. You want a place that truly takes pride in their work and cares for their patients and clients, this is the place. I was nervous to work with other physical therapist if I could not get in with Troy, but ended up working with Brooklyn, Nolan, and Chad once or twice. They all communicate amongst each other to make sure everyone is on the same page. They do dry needling here which sounds scary but can bring so much instant relief! I was not able to turn my head one way when I woke up. I cam in for my appointment and informed Troy. He told me about the dry needling and I tried it. I couldn’t believe how much pain it took away and I was able to fully turn my head. They also see a lot of student athletes here as well. They make sure to get you back to where you want to and need to be before releasing you from their care. You can work with ANY of the staff and have a pleasant experience! They watch your nonverbals too incase you try to hide pain and will ask you if you are okay or what is going on. I seriously cannot say enough about ALL the staff including the receptionist and the techs. If a receptionist is rude or short, it can make you have a bad experience, but the receptionist here is ALWAYS so bubbly, full of energy, and so kind and great at working things around to make it fit your schedule. They will have PT students and to hear them share their knowledge and explain things to them so they understand is so fascinating! They will answer any questions you have and explain things to you as well. You will not be disappointed if you come here for care!! Just make sure you communicate your goals and expectations and how things are going or not going so well. There is a reason I did not switch physical therapy offices or business after my first shoulder surgery and it’s because the care I have received from ALL the staff and how they truly care what they do and about the person themselves & how friendly they all are.

Everyone is great! From the front desk staff, to the techs, PTA’s, and therapists themselves. Everyone always has a smile on their face and greets you when you walk by. They’re good at what they do and they make you feel welcomed even when the patient complains the whole time and doesn’t want to be there! 🤣

They never leave you alone. There's always a professional watching and there to assist you in doing exercises correctly. They care about you.
