Allison Sanchez-Masi is an excellent physical therapist. She helped me regain mobility in my wrist after a surgery due to a bicycle accident. She was always kind, clear with the exercises I needed to do, and consistently positive. I especially appreciated that she speaks both English and Spanish, as I am fluent in both, but felt more comfortable speaking with her in Spanish during our sessions, that help me a lot to understand everything. I highly recommend her. Additionally, the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I can't recommend Allie Kingsley highly enough! After struggling with a herniated disk, I was anxious about starting physical therapy, but Allie's expertise put me at ease. She created a personalized treatment plan that was both effective and manageable, explaining each exercise clearly. Allie is incredibly supportive and attentive through my sessions, always adjusting my treatment based on my progress. Thanks to her dedication, I’m making strides in my recovery and can move with less pain. If you need a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist, Allie is the one to see!

Everyone in the clinic was very friendly and helpful. Brandon was excellent giving me exercises to help my back and balance. Britany was also helpful as was Nathan. Will go there again if I need more therapy!!!

This was my first time in my life at age 64 to be referred to try Physical Therapy. I had a sledding accident in January of 2024 so recently I was still having muscle spasms so bad that it felt like a bear hug that wouldn't let go. That's the only way I knew how to explain it. After 6 weeks now feeling much relief so much that I am now doing my exercises at home. I was assigned Jake V. & I had Britany when Jake was unavailable. I was so very pleased with both of them. They both were so kind & easy to talk to & encouraging. The entire place is filled with very nice caring people. I saw how friendly the office staff was & all the other Therapist there & the ones that hooked me up to the Tens Unit that I looked forward to at the end of my exercises. All of them interact greatly with their patients with care & interest of how they are feeling. I am so grateful to this entire location & especially for Jake & Britany. I HIGHLY recommend this place. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

Jake, Brittany, Max, Nate, Marilyn all the staff at this location are amazing. Truly great people to work with and getting amazing results with my PT. Very highly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs.

I had knee replacement surgery in April. I started therapy the next week going 3 days a week . The staff at the front desk, Marilyn and Lydia always made me feel so welcome and always knew my name when I walked in. I worked closely with Victoria Leffler who was so easy to work with, and I loved her stories of her daily life. Brittany was also a great help to me. I have never gone through this type of surgery and yes the therapy was intense but so glad I had this welcoming and helpful staff on my side. If ever I need PT again, this is my go to place.

To start off Jake is awesome to work with. I can not say enough about the care I have received. He has helped me so much with my recovery from knee replacement. Staff is very easy to chat with and also took Very good care of me.Keep up the great work. Will use them in the future.

The entire staff is very professional and caring. After breaking my knee cap, I had to learn to walk with out a brace, walker or cane, and Jake VanLaningham was very caring and gave me the treatments, and confidence I needed to shed all my "crutches". If I ever need PT again, I will return to the North LOPT. Thank you!
