I was supplied an airsense 11 back in Aug 2022. It's been working well to current date. In May 2023...I was billed the full amount for my rent to own amount...bc my insurance stopped paying for it back in Sept 2022...bc Lincare shows I was out of compliance with 4hr daily usage. Come to find out..my airsense only connects to t-mobile towers and therefore doesn't work where I live bc we don't have a t-mobile tower near by. Airsense 11 doesn't come with an SD card so it doesn't store data back that far. So there's no evidence that I'm compliant and no evidence that I'm not compliant. Lincares poor customer service didn't follow up back in Sept 2022 - may 2023. We probably could have figured out there wasn't any data or that I had a billing issue before it got this far. Also they should of explained to me that it connects to t-mobile and we could of went the sd card route to store data. So now I'm stuck. They wont provide compliance, insurance company won't pay without compliance. Can't prove I've been compliant. I was setup to fail..... :/

Lincare is wonderful when it comes to replacing my equipment and supplies. But when it comes to billing Lincare "STINKS" They claim they sent me my bills and never get them, they claim I am signed up for online bill pay and I am not. I called the billing center and all they do i give you a run around... If my bill was sent, Then tell my why my insurance company has been 2x for the month of June and I didn't received my paper work for the bill. They day I owe for July, August and Medicare wasn't billed.. wish Lincare would get their act together. I am not a happy client

This is a fraud company. Their supplies are very poor quality. Customer support services are horrible. They charged my credit card so much money for the supplies I can buy 10th of what they charged my insurance company and me. I myself am a physician and I don’t recommend anyone using this company. Not the shop here in Phenix city nor online. Customer care people never pick up phone and the shop blames everything on the customer care.

When I called for new tanks I was talked.to like I was a nuisance
