I was not happy when my oxygen concentrator quit working , it was after hours but I remember the contract said 24/7 service I was told too bad , you will have to wait until your local office opens, they will schedule a delivery of a new concentrator. I was told to use my little oxygen tanks. I had about 4 hours worth I use a CPAP and this will not work The phone person could care less I was forced to stay awake until I could get a replacement concentrator and I explained this to her, she didn't care. Another problem, concern I was told in the beginning, New replacements will be provided NOPE I went thru 4+ USED concentrators Before I got a unit that worked I would of been better off to have kept my original unit I was forced to change my concentrator being I was at my 5 year contract period Why pull a used concentrator to give me a Used unit from who knows where. No 24/7 service. Too bad attitude! No new equipment after 5 year contract ends as stated in my initial contract Trade your existing , working equipment for someone else's throw away equipment with more hours on it than the one I started with I'm sure My insurance paid for a NEW CONCENTRATOR Not a well used one

Because of AFIB/blood thinner issues, I was coerced into using one of their INR machines for about 2 years or better. Billing me $28.00 a month, and not telling how much they pilfered from my insurance company. I could have paid for the machine many times over. And when I called in my weekly blood testing results, they always ask me if I need any supplies. When I tell them no, they send me supplies anyway just so they can gouge my insurance company for more money. I was accumalating more supplies than I would use in a life time and my insurance company was paying thru the nose. My experience with Lincare has shown me that they are only interested in 'gouging' their patients and insurance companies for as much money as they can, without any consideration for their clients. Fortunately I have changed blood thinners and no longer need their equipment. I would never use Lincare again or recommend Lincare to anyone.

They bring supplies quickly when I need them & are helpful explaining anything to me. I need a small portable oxygen concentrator & they have explained the qualifications to me.

What a rip off! They have billed us for equipment that was returned 6 months ago. Was told everything would be taken care of. Still getting billed! Recommend that I call cooperate. Wait for almost an hour to talk to a person. Don't use this company!!!!! Over a month has went by. Still no refund. Still billing our account! Calling is useless as they will not answer. These people are crooks. Go anywhere else and save yourself total frustration!
