Lincare is an excellent company. They provide in home care for their.machines and are very quick to respond to a message. If they can’t fix the problem immediately they provide a loaner until the problem is fixed. Their repair men and women are invariably kind and quick in their response. Lincare rates a number 5 in my book!

Here's a detailed description of what this company is like. How to handle them and not make the mistakes I made even trusting them. They are one of the only companies here and they are God awful. My experience working with them for 2 years had been really bad. First I would be adamant about trying to make sure your going in for a fitting. They might try to trick you into a mask by having you sign before you even try any. I wasn't able to try different masks and was just tricked into the first one I tried with them. Next there are no real sleep specialist in the area and you will be waiting a year (literally) for a mask if they don't have it. I never got mine. They won't go over anything with you either. They can't change your setting. They are rude as well and will shame you in front of others for having medi-cal. Saying things like you don't have the best insurance. I wouldn't work with them if given the chance. Don't do the group at the red lion hotel. Ask for a fitting and don't sign anything unless you ask all the questions of can I fit masks, If I try one am I stuck with this one. I literally was at the group mask fitting and thought I could try other masks and it ended up just being a trick. The first one I put on was the one I had to keep. They had me sign before as a way of making me keep it. You get 2 a year and I am now stuck with one that doesn't work well for me.

I had an exceptional experience with Lincare! The manager, Stephanie, truly went above and beyond to make me a priority and ensured that everything was processed in a timely manner. Patrick, the service representative, was incredibly helpful, explaining all my options and offering valuable suggestions. Furthermore, Erika from customer service was highly professional and assisted me with scheduling and payment arrangements. I couldn't be happier with their outstanding service! 5 stars all the way!

Great experience! I went to Lincare in Eureka to get my new CPAP machine. Wow, has this office changed for the better since I was here years ago. Patrick, the technician, was extremely thorough, friendly, and funny too. Erica, customer service, gave me all the information that I needed and was very nice. The manager, Stephanie, checked in on me during my appointment and also checked as I was leaving to see if I had everything that I needed. This is what customer service should look like. I highly recommend Lincare and especially the Eureka office.😎

I am SO HAPPY with all the people at Lincare in Eureka. Stephanie, Patrick & Erica are always so friendly & helpful. These past few weeks I have had items I needed delivered to my home. Matt was most kind and informative when he left a new concentrator for me. A few days ago I got a medical alert button delivered. I believe Todd was the gentle man that helped me with it. When I mentioned my new concentrator was so very noisy, he called the office and took the noisy one away and left me with a quiet one. I have delt with oxygen places in the past, but these people are ALL friendly & helpful. They feel like family.

The staff at Lincare are great! I have been a client for approximately two years and have had the upmost care. Patrick goes out of his way to help. Lincare has become my go to company for my equipment needs. In particular, Todd Stevens has gone far and beyond to accommodate me. He is knowledgeable about the product the company offers and he follows up with phone calls.
