In a world that preaches pharmaceuticals, my experience is that many times the adverse effects can outweigh the positive. For me, red light therapy has helped my body to heal itself. It has been the purest path to healing that I could have ever imagined. I now go every day as a part of a normal health routine. 15 minutes to keep my cells healthy and happy. I am so grateful that this is available to us here, as not many people have such easy access to this advanced technology. Thank you Light Lounge, I am revitalized daily.You lighten my day!

Very soon after I joined Light Lounge, I noticed my aches and pains diminished, which was such a gift to me in my 60s! But I’ve also noticed other things as I continue to show up. I had two teeth that were giving me ongoing trouble after crown replacements, hypersensitivity nerve pain, and some bleeding at the gum, but they’ve stopped being an issue! Also, I had rotator cuff damage (from a fall several years ago) that was a chronic pain scenario for me when I slept, and sometimes during the day. Now, I forget I have the issue most of the time as the pain is mostly non-existent. As a middle aged nurse I know how important supporting your body to assist with aging and healing is ! I’ve been using LightLounge for several years and commute over 45 min one way from home but it is absolutely worth it. I’ve recently sustained an ankle fracture and with hand held laser treatments by staff and the pods my recovery has been miraculous- I haven’t needed any pain medication!! Not only is this technology the future the staff at the Evergreen location along with the owner are professional and caring !! For what it costs for one hour and a half massage with tip you can have a monthly unlimited membership to LightLounge .. worth every Penny !!

I'm adding on to my initial review to share I've recently purchased one of their light mats to travel with. Best decision I've ever made! Now I have Red Light on the go. It completely eliminated my jet lag after traveling over 24 hours. If you're in need of a solution at home or something to take on the go, I highly recommend their light mat! A game changer! I’ve been experimenting with light therapy at the LightLounge for the past 2 months and I can tell an incredible difference in how I feel. I will admit it takes a few sessions to see dramatic changes in pain or mood but I did notice a giant shift in my energy levels right away. After two months my acne has cleared up and my skin looks the best it has in years. My back pain from scoliosis had subsided. I’m now training for a half marathon and I’m able to run longer and exercise harder than I ever have. Last but probably most important of all it’s been great in helping my mood. I was skeptical at first but I’m a believer and highly recommend it! Also, the people are super nice and friendly and the environment is very clean.

Staff are always happy to engage with customers and make sure they know all information re Light Lounge available services. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was really skeptical at first because I really didn't understand how it would work but the next morning when I got out of bed I didn't have the usual aches in my joints and that was really surprising to me. So now I know that it does really help!!!!

Going to Light Lounge is one of the best parts of my day and the benefits for my body including less pain, feeling of vitality, better sleep and even upu get looking skin are priceless!

Light Lounge has been amazing for me in the way it has eliminated tendonitis in my elbows, pain in my knees, and muscle soreness after long workouts - can't live without it! Looking forward to Light Lounge opening more shops in the Denver area and further west past Evergreen.
