I found a great doctor at LifeStance who has tremendously helped me. I’m so grateful. LifeStance made the process easy, comfortable and their technology has made it streamlined, which I needed because life is busy.

My girlfriend went here, asking for help after having a mental health break. The office was not understanding of her condition and rescheduled her appointment when a panic attack caused her not to have the paperwork filled out initially. In the two weeks between when she scheduled her next appointment, she had another panic attack where self harm happened due to the medication that was prescribed to her by the so-called provider at this location who wouldn’t take her calls. She asked for an emergency appointment as they couldn’t do anything about her medication until she saw the Provider. She showed up 12 minutes late due to how badly her functionality had deteriorated after their lack of judgment in assigning medication and not trying to help the patient. Because she was 12 minutes late, the doctor had marked her as a no-show and refused to see her, even though there had been a self harm incident and pushed her another two weeks back. I went in and demanded that she seen as I didn’t think she was going to make it two more weeks without a medication change. The lazy nurses in this office simply told me to take her to emergency room, which is the whole point in their clinic, to avoid that step. They said they would ask the doctor if they could get her in sooner due to the self harm. The doctor called her and told her to discontinue the medication and then if she needed to see someone before the 30th, to find a new provider. Literally NO empathy in a career built for ONLY empathetic people. Only bring your parent or child here if you severely dislike them.

Friendly and helpful only thing I don't like is u need 48hrs notice to cancel an appointment or they charge you $100 my daughter woke up sick throwing up with a temperature she's 4. I called to cancel and explained to them that my daughter was sick and they were still going to charge me. I understand they filled that spot and need to make money but sometimes things are out of your hands. I know it sounds petty but that alone made me not schedule a follow up.

You have to take the good with the bad. On the one hand I've had the most incredible experience ever with a psych nurse, Kyle R. who is excellent a at his job. He is knowledgeable, professional, a great listener and knows his stuff! On the other hand I had a therapist who is no longer with the group who was absolutely horrible! She preferred to gossip versus give therapy.

The new check-in system requires verification of address, personal information, insurance information, security code, a separate appointment confirmation, payment, credit card saving option, updating health forms and after all that I was still unable to login to my appointment. I did all of that multiple times and did not receive a separate link and had to call to be able to attend my therapy session. I find this new multiple step system to be time consuming, confusing and unnecessary. The old system had one step/link that was emailed days before the appointment and took less time and steps. The new system causes anxiety, having to complete the various steps a day ahead to get the link and not being sure whether it wil still work and I will need to miss part of my therapy session again. It does not seem to be user friendly.

My psychiatric nurse practitioner Cecilia Iacoviello is wonderful. She is very attentive to my needs and always willing to adjust things if my meds happen to be not quite right. I love LifeStance and I’m so relieved I don’t have to hunt for a good practice anymore!

James-bond style top-secret protocols don't impress me. The webmaster drinks too much coffee and the onslaught of phone, text and email notifications is tedious and redundant. Any sane person would learn to ignore this unnecessary assault. One method of notification would do and peppering me with requests to review the service just adds to what's not wanted.
