Heart-Centered's Tele-Therapy platform was so easy to use! Being able to access therapy services from the comfort of your home is such a blessing. There was no driving, no traffic, no waiting room. I signed on when it was time for my meeting and I signed off when it was over. I didn't have any problems with connecting, but I knew I had a team member there to help me if I did. It was an easy and convenient experience. I recommend it!
I was disappointed. With the service at first because they set me up with the wrong therapist for my session but once things got worked out things have been great
