Lifespan Therapy

Horrible company. They say that the patient is “staffed” with a PT and the PT never ends up showing up. Then when you call to get an update, they ignore your calls or say “the staffing department has sent you an email”. They cancel last second. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. They don’t understand that these patients are not toys. I can almost guarantee that they tell you the patient is staffed to buy themselves time to find a PT and if they don’t, oh well, they just cancel. No big deal to them. They don’t care about your company or the patients. It’s all about their pockets. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR COMPANY LOOK BAD AND SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE. I’m just doing you all a favor. Thank me later.
