Today I signed up for a membership, while 62 a month is a bit steep when you first hear it, the amenities they offer here make it all worth it and you’ll understand why the price is the way it is. I got a walk thru from Greg Champion and he was amazing! He showed me all of the things they offer, and even took me on a walk around the outdoor the track. (Got our steps in while showing/learning the place haha!) The people in there are so friendly and it’s a non judgmental place, I’m excited to get started on my fitness journey, I felt welcomed in as soon as I walked thru those doors!! Thank you!!!

I have been to gyms/ health clubs all over the country. I have found Life Plex in Plymouth to be a great gym. It has everything I need and want. I spend anywhere from two to two in a half hours there in early morning. While it is true that sometimes a piece of equipment may be out of order. That happens in every gym. Anything man made is subject to break down from time to time. I found Life Plex to address those issues asap when that does happen. The staff (all) the staff are kind, professional and very sociable from the very top on down. I can only suggest people go in and see for themselves. The staff will be happy to assist you and if I remember correctly they gave me a free day pass to try the gym out.👍😎

Hottube broke 95% of the time. Pool closes 30 to 45 mins before the gym. The operation hours change when they feel like it. The hours on door and google only match part of the year. The men's locker room door gets stuck open all the time. The price for a membership is outrageous. If everything worked and they were open when they said and didn't close items early, this place would still be overpriced. Look elsewhere for the best bang for your buck.

Only one lap lane at pool. Men’s showers are dangerous no handicap bars. Half shelves are missing. The new abdominal machine is awful. Uses straps lift weights.

This is a great place for physical therapy and to work out. It's a great facility and it also has to clinics in it as well as a cafe, a spa and so much more. But to me the gym membership is too expensive but if you can afford the fees this is the place I recommend..

Lots of different equipment available. Large pool, sauna, and steam room are nice additions. Youll pay a pretty penny for a membership here though. Catch a sale if you do sign up .

They can never keep the hot tub running. Hotels can, O the fitness places can, also a lot of college students dropping weights that echo tgrough whole building. But, other then those two things a nice place to work out in

Hot tube is closed, sauna is closed and they don’t allow soccer. Locker rooms smell like mold. This is coming from a college athlete that goes there.
