Lifeline provided me with a lot of help and, ironically but unfortunately, many things I have needed (other) therapy to work through. The profuse ableism (think, “healing cancer with your mind”) was not conducive to my life as a disabled person. But I am confident that Lifeline can provide mental health services to those whose identities, and therefore lives, are not marginalized or disenfranchised in any way.

I’ve been coming to Lifeline for almost three years now! The extremely high quality of the therapy I’ve received is almost a bonus. The lifestyle classes, workshops, and community at Lifeline are really what sets it apart. If you’re looking for somewhere that you can really dig in and do your work and maintain a good connection with your healing journey between sessions, Lifeline is definitely for you.

Since changing billing platforms, business engages in disappointing and unethical practice of charging clients $120 for cancellation regardless of circumstances. They will do this on your first late cancellation as well. If you are in the business of "wellness," then harming a client who is already facing a personal hardship this way does not seem in line with your mission statement. I did contact their office for resolution. No one returned my call. Update 01/02/2024. Was promised refund which I still have not received. Should be noted that during that phone call, it was suggested that had I been reminded of the fee, I might have made different choices (ie, leaving a very sick child alone).

I've never in my entire life felt comfortable in any office or establishment until I walked unto Lifeline. I am part of a community that cares about my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. When I'm here, I feel like I'm home. Finally.

Chuck and the staff really care about their clients and the level of service they provide. All of my referrals for counseling are to Lifeline.

Lovely building and serene rooms, wonderful staff that really cares. Highly recommend!!!
