Some of the staff are great, but we've gradually switched to other providers because billing has been terrible for years. If you use this hospital/group, it's pretty common to receive a bill 2-3 years later. Or in one case recently, the first bill we received from them was from a debt collection agency.

Christian Fletcher, the Atlanta based owner of LifeBrite has been under federal indictments for fraud. He and the others charged with him went to trial last year, but a mistrial was declared in his case. He is expected to be retried for his part in an alleged more than $1.4 billion scheme to defraud the government

I HATE THIS PLACE!!! I came to them in my first trimester of pregnancy because I was having abdominal pain and bleeding. I've had three miscarriages before so I was scared. They did an ultrasound and told me my baby was fine. When I saw my regular OB he did an ultrasound and told me there was no heartbeat and my baby was dead. I required surgery that I'm still having complications from months later. This hospital caused me nothing but pain and misery. Uncaring and incompetent staff; would avoid at all costs.

After dealing with some chest pains, I went in to be seen. Considering I have a heart condition and pacemaker, I’m always reasonably concerned over chest pains. I had my vitals checked and then I waited in the room a while and overheard the doctor telling another patient “we do not do COVID testing here.” The nurse enters my room shortly after and tells me they are going to do a COVID test on me. So, they are lying to patients about the COVID tests and pick and choose who gets them. When the nurse came back in, she was extremely rude seemingly because my vitals appeared fine. She told me the COVID test results would take two weeks to come in and, in her words, “basically pointless.” Patients shouldn’t try to be shamed for coming in to a hospital. But, take my word: if you feel as though you need a hospital, go, but drive the extra distance to a real hospital and not this Fisher Price.

I went here on a Sunday around noon, I had been hurting bad since Thursday but tried to work through it. I went in the hospital they had me pee in a cup, said there were traces of blood but they couldn’t do anything on a Sunday I needed to go to a dr on Monday, also tried to give me a script for some pain meds and sent me out the door still in tears! I only paid 100 to pee in a cup and be out in 15 mins! Waste of time and money!! They never even drew blood as soon as I mentioned I had endometriosis they said yep that’s it!! Go see an endometriosis dr!! Did I mention I was the only patient I seen there!!! I want to know what they are still doing open, wasting tax dollars and people’s pay checks. The dr and two nurses played on the phone and cut up with each other the whole little 15 to 20 mins I was there, it’s a shame!!!!!

Went to this hospital with a deep cut on my hand that needed stitches. The nurse and the doctor that took care of me were very kind and professional. They talked to me all the way through the procedure to make sure I was calm and relaxed.

I went in for a sore throat and the doctor didn't even fully examine me. He literally flashed his light at my mouth and left. The nurses had terrible attitudes, just awful service overall!

I always have a pleasant experience at Lifebrite at the doctors office and the emergency room. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Hardly ever have to wait. Love them all.
