Life Strategies Therapy Services

I don’t know what ZC is. He must be a disgruntled customer. Life Strategies is absolutely amazing. It did take several months and persistence to get services in place but you have to be a parent and not expect everything to be handed to you and you do nothing. Our paras are amazing and care so much. We are still currently receiving services and I would never change my decision to work with them. Believe me, our family has gone through hell and have had horrible experiences with organizations in the past but Life Strategies gets my 10/10 vote!

We have been receiving services with Life Strategies since 2019. They have been nothing short of amazing! Our B.T. therapist, Kris, is spectacular. Every staff member I have encountered over the years has been incredibly professional, helpful and thoughtful. The center is clean, safe and my child actually looks forward to going there! (She despises going to therapy, so this is significant.) Home visits are wonderful as well. Everyone respects our thoughts and feelings as parents. Our child has grown tremendously with their help. Thank you!!

I would give this place a zero star if I could. This Place does not value you or your family. 1. They cancel sessions a hour or sometimes a half an hour before the session is supposed to take place. 2. They sent unregistered paras and rbt's over to the house and didn't let us know, hoping that it wouldn't matter. 3. They don't let you know all the technigues that they are going to use during the session. 4. They don't communicate with you about schedule changes for the paras until the day before they change the schedule, which effects you and your family. ie changing what para's are coming into the home on different days, and wont change the schedule back or wait on transitioning the schedule 5. They will force you to stay full time, even if you ask them to go back to part time therapy. 6. They treat you like you work for them, often not listening to what you want for your child. 7. They always push for your child to be full time (because they want more money) and in the center (so parents aren't aware of what they are doing) 8. They will force you to be with a para even if you aren't comfortable with how that para interacts with your children. All in All, this place doesn't value your child. They seem more interested in controlling the very people who require service. They cancel sessions within a hour notice, leave sessions early, and will force you to keep para's you don't feel comfortable with, even after you have called the BCBA multiple times about the para. This organization doesn't listen to you as a parent. You as a parent know whats best for your child. This sad excuse for a establishment, thinks that they know what is best for your child. Para's bully your children, and when you have a problem with it they say they will talk to the para and then do nothing. When you stop the para from bullying your child, they cancel the session and then withhold services from you. They make excuses for para's when they do things they aren't supposed to, saying things like " they are using techniques that we taught them." its funny though because when you ask for them to tell you the techniques they are going to use, they tell you that you are the problem and you don't trust them. This is Gaslighting 101. I cannot stress this enough. If you are a parent who is looking to get at home ABA, do not give this place a thought. Read reviews, do your research, and you will see that this place is horrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

I have a very serious custody case going on. I called and asked for recommendations and the receptionist was the NICEST person I have talked to in months. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and supported looking for mental help. Our community needs more programs like yours.

Was thinking of going to this place and had a scheduled appointment but they couldn't even make the initial meeting. Suck but I guess I should have read the reviews first. This places sucks

they do not care about employees at all. SMH.
