Life Step Therapy

Life Step Therapy has been absolutely amazing for my 2-year-old son, who attends speech therapy here. Mrs. Cynthia is incredible—she’s so patient, kind, and skilled at what she does. My son has made such great progress under her care! The other therapists are just as wonderful and create a warm, supportive environment. The receptionists are also fantastic—they greet the kids with so much love and enthusiasm every time we walk in. It’s clear how much they all genuinely care about the children. I highly recommend Life Step Therapy to anyone looking for excellent therapy services for their little ones!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience here at Life Step Therapy. My son was under the loving care of Valerie for OT and Almira for speech therapy for approximately nine months. We were SO sad to part ways with them this summer. My two year old instantly fell in love with them and I can confidently say they both played a huge roll in his development. We always looked forward to our weekly appointments and my son was always giddy whenever we parked outside. He knew it was time to spend time with his two favorite ladies! As a mother, not only was it important to see my son feel loved and genuinely cared for, but even I felt seen and heard. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am so grateful for their patience, love, guidance and reassurance. We feel so lucky to have Valerie and Almira as part of our village.

Wonderful company and outstanding staff! Our son had OT for 2 years with Valerie! She was the best and we were devastated to lose her. When our son turned 3 regional center would no longer pay for his services. Valerie went above and beyond weekly to help our son reach his goals! His progress he has made in just 2 years is because of her! Not only did she work on his feeding she always had such fun activities for him to do! Her creativity and devotion to her clients was like no other. I highly recommend Life Step Therapy to anyone needing services!

I did my CF placement here as a graduate student and loved my experience. There’s a lot of devotion in creating a positive experience for the patients here. The facility is clean and resources are abundant.

My experience started okay until the therapist started complaining about what we as parents where doing not giving credit to us ; she made it pretty clear they only want money. On our end we try to work with her (Me and my wife are both mil to mil) but she just cancel without letting us know the day of the schedule app because it was not convenient for her no more. I can keep going honestly but do yourself a favor and search for another place to provide your little ones with better service.

Leaha and Life Step Therapy has been so helpful for our daughters speech and language development needs. She has made so much progress and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Leaha Elrod for all your professional and caring support.
