Excellent care of my 96 year old non-ambulatory mother. Most CNA's are extraordinarily kind and treat patients with respect. Facilities are clean and well kept.

The food seems to be good and there is a barber and hairdressing salon which is very nice. But they are terribly understaffed. My father was left to soil himself multiple times. He has a bed sore that has been left unattended at various times. They could not get his eyedrops schedule straightened out for quite a while and he has glaucoma. Everyone is very friendly, but they have allowed him to sit in his own crap as I say and sent the laundry home to me with a full bowel movement in the laundry. Needless to say that was horrible to find. They don’t seem to understand how to deal with someone who is hard of hearing. I had to make a special request to get him a headset to listen to the TV. NOT, I repeat, NOT A skilled nursing facility. They may be fab on the nursing home side but they are not up to any kind of standard in terms of actual skilled nursing.

The location is pretty clean with minor (but somewhat visible) wear and tear to the furniture. And the staff has been pretty pleasant and takes good care of the patients (thank you! 😊). However, the center seems a bit short-staffed at night which then seems to unfortunately put more work on those working.

The nursing and HCA staff are amazing. Especially the front desk greeter Mary Ellen and the woman who works on Sunday. I forgot her name. Everyone is great. Timmy Rooke

I just spent a month here in the rehab wing. I found the staff to be friendly, caring and competent. The physical and occupational therapy staff did a great job in preparing me for the return to my home. I especially appreciated the aides, who helped me with my daily functions until I was able to take care of my self. They performed their duties in a professional, yet compassionate manner. My only complaint is that the kitchen staff was inconsistent in addressing my dietary requests. Sometimes they did, other times they didn’t. Overall the food was decent, if sometimes a little bland for me. But they were cooking for a lot of people, so I can’t really complain too much there. Hopefully I will never need rehab again. But if I do, this would be a place I would want to be.

This place is very nice. Short staffed as all nursing homes are right now but the people they do have work very hard. Maybe a bit slow or slowed up as I have done cna work before but if a call bell is going off please work on making sure it gets answered in a timely manner

My husband was told by someone there that they would look into repairing or replace his ramp that is in bad shape and never got back to him. It was a lie. He getting worse ,he can't eat every come up its been days ,don't know how long they plan to keep him there, it was supposed to be short care we can't afford it.

From the person at the front desk to the nurses and CNAs and everyone else we’ve dealt with, the Staff are responsive and caring. They act in a professional way with the patients. The facility is kept very clean.
