Life Care Center and their staff are wonderful! My sweet Mother had a stroke and spent her final weeks at Life Care. We found their Therapy services and staff to be OUTSTANDING! Their CNA team were wonderful and we especially loved Debra❣️ Nursing staff went above and beyond to help my Mother. Amy RN totally touched our hearts and took time to help us to understand and let go❤️ Michael RN was there on Mom’s last day and was a God send. I highly recommend Life Care!!

I would like to thank the entire staff at the Life Care Center of Sierra Vista. They provided me the special care I needed after breaking my ankle. When I arrived from a frightful experience in Tucson, I was not mentally or physically in a good place. The staff welcomed me and made my transition an easy experience. Maria, the star quarterback for the physical therapy department, accessed my needs, calmed my nerves and put me to work on getting better. I was listened to and now had a plan to work toward getting home. She has a wonderful staff all working hand in hand with your care and needs in mind. The ward staff of nurses and aides were amazing. Those women and men work so hard. A special thanks to social worker Ali, nurses Amy and Ashley, aides Nichole, Rebecca, Susan and of course Sargent Debbie. Everyone wants to know about food. I am not a good judge of that. I can tell you it was institutional, but they did make special order wonderful fruit plates with cottage cheese for me. My main meal was brought in every day. If you choose to do special activities they have them. For instance a cookout for Fathers’ Day, coffee and donuts, games and movies. The activities director always has something going on, or she will just stop by and say a smiling hello and bring you a local paper. All in all I would give the facility a A+ with two thumbs up. The staff is the BEST!!!!!!!

All the staff was great! From nursing, physical therapy, kitchen staff and housekeeping. Shout out to Luz, Eris, Caroline the speech therapist, Debbie and everyone else who helped me during my stay. The activities director Nichole was wonderful! She kept me laughing during bingo and all activities. They let me sing karaoke even though I was too late. They let me sing a love song to my wife.

I want to recommend this facility if your loved one needs skilled nursing care my aunt was there after a stroke.. She has a amazing experience it was tough because there are only a couple of SNFs to chose from. I am glad that we chose to come here. If you have any concerns speak with Erika in Marketing she is AMAZING and will make sure that any concerns are addressed.

I transport patients for Life Care of Sierra Vista through MedStar Medical Transport. The team at the facility is dedicated to providing excellent care for each resident. The Nursing Staff showcases strong clinical skills and takes great care of both residents and their families. I've had only positive experiences with the entire staff, from Nurses to Admin – they are all friendly and helpful. The facility and employees are truly wonderful, boasting an excellent team! Thank you for all you do to serve the community!

My Mom spent a month in LCC of Sierra Vista after suffering a small stroke. The nurses, aides and techs were professional and personable. She started playing bingo while there, and now, though she is at home- Mom goes into Life Care to play 3 days a week. She is volunteering there now.

I have family currently receiving rehab at life care. They are remodeling the building and putting in new floors. We thought the noise might be an issue but it has proven not to be. In fact, everyone has been most accommodating. The nursing and therapy staff have been excellent. Very informative and caring.

I was told by my daughter in law the the rehab in Phoenix was 100 times worse than this place. It was not entirely awful with the exception of the patients that I was placed with. One person had to have TV on all night loud. I may never watch Guy Fieri again. Then they finally moved her and had another one brought in that was better but loved to wake me up to press my button, cause she couldn't reach hers. At least she didn't leave TV on all night. Overall, the staff did the best they could. Completely under staffed and the call system is antiquated. Staff has to be in your hallway or you wait for help. Sometimes, over 2 hours. Then some patients scream help! I wore earplugs and headphones. There were some staff that I really liked. They were so so good to me. They food is for the most part, really sub par. It really needs to be overhauled. I haven't been able to eat Broccoli as yet and I left on August 9th. Being served Broccoli, Mushy Broccoli at that, 5 days in a row, not good. My husband and children brought me food. They also need to hire more cleaning staff. My room was not cleaned for a week and a half. The PT staff were very good. Tough but good. Overall, I was treated very well. But, this place needs some TLC and upgrades to be sure and I hope I never need this place again, but the owners need to dump some money into this place, because the staff they have are truly hard working nice people.
