Don’t put your family members here if you won’t be there with them. They don’t care about there patients. I had my grandma stay there recently, she was there for IV therapy ABx and wound care. They did that fine. But everything else they didn’t do their best. My grandma would suffer a lot of anxiety and they did nothing, not until I had to go and speak with multiple nurses. You need to be constantly behind them. The RN for morning shift goes by many names Jessi/lourdes. She doesn’t follow up with any orders MD gives them. My grandma was suppose to be on another abx prescribed by infectious disease MD. I checked in about 2 weeks she was never on that medication. Not until the second f/u app, they inquired again. By this time she was already being discharged. But horrible staff. Had to give 2 formal grievances for staff members that were rude. No one cares at this facility. When they discharged her, they didn’t have a follow up appointment with her PCP. Now I have to wait more than a month to do this. They never really communicated with us.

My mom has been there for three months and everybody has treated her with kindness. She can be very difficult and usually complains about everything and she has not said anything negative about this facility. The only downside that I see is do your own laundry they have lost all of her clothes often bringing back clothes that don’t belong to her. Ever since we started washing her own clothes, everything else has been great.

I’m great full for the nurses and staff her. They work tirelessly under emensgse challenges of each individual patient. My mom has been here coming up on 2 years and I never walk in here and see anyone sitting around or anything but working. They are Hero’s here and I want to say Thank You to all and a special Thanks to Olivia at the front desks who greets me and Always asks how my mom is.

Don’t send your loved one here if you want them to come home. My grandfather was sent here for rehab and he was supposed to come home on a Tuesday but Monday he then got Covid from this facility and was not able to come home. He developed bed sores, and was transferred to the hospital after not eating or drinking for 2 days. We ended up bringing him home on hospice care and lost my grandfather 3/19/22 since we have not been able to recover his belongings from the care center. But don’t worry they send you bills but can’t return a phone call regarding the where abouts of his belongings. We had one nurse at this center that went above and beyond for my grandfather and actually cared and that was the one who ended up sending him back to the hospital. Every other person we have encountered here has been awful. And just so everyone knows Covid did not kill my grandfather he was asymptomatic and passed from other complications due to in part of the lack of care he received from this facility.

Avoid this place at all costs. I got nothing but substandard care the whole time I was here for rehabilitation after having a pacemaker put in. I will never go back there again. I will recommend to anybody I know who's destined for there, don't go. A few days after I arrived there I was declared positive for covid I had had nothing but negative test prior to that in the hospital. I was placed in quarantine and got no Rehabilitation after receiving a pacemaker at the hospital.

I would give 5 stars to Cathy. She’s way too good for this place. All the other nurses/workers don’t care about anything and treat you like your bugging them. As far as hanging up on you or just plain don’t answer the phone. They keep telling me my dad is on hospice and that’s basically why they aren’t doing anything for him. Wont weight him I had to fight to get him pain meds and iv fluids. He’s lost 40 pounds just from being there. Basically just waiting for him to die. He’s 58 years old how the heck is he on hospice and dementia is his diagnosis. He has a head injury but he talks to me and remembers things still. He’s not gone and he’s not dying. If he stays there that’s the reason he would die lack of care and nutrition. It’s so frustrating to think that some of these people have medical degrees but they have no compassion or brains.

My mom was here for 21 days. I thought the care was okay, not great not terrible. All of that changed today. She was brought home yesterday and we discovered a very large bed sore on her backside.I am devastated right now. According to the doctor's report, it's a red area. The flesh is GONE!! My family visited her every single day and we didn't know. Imagine the poor people in there who have nobody checking on them??

My Father in Law has been there for over a month. He has not gotten any attention. His only visits from the doctor have been through Teledoc visits. We talk to him several times a day and each time he says they haven't changed his diaper in hours. He is sitting soiled for hours. The staff does nothing when complaints are made. Horrible facility and care for the people that have taken care of us all of our lives.
