Life Care Center of Greeley

My husband has been to several rehab facilities in the last few years. We feel that The Life Care Center in Greeley was the best for him. All the personnel from the top to the bottom are very caring and knowledgeable about their jobs. Their actions promote an atmosphere of family. A big Thank You to everyone, and especially the therapists, which is why he was there!

Everyone from laundry personnel, to CNA’s and nurses, food staff and Directors are exceptional. Warm, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Clean facility, so welI done to you and the facilities staff. I appreciate all you do to take loving care of our family members. Thank you.

It is so upsetting when your love one needs this extra care but the staff has helped me to understand what is happening and gotten my husband comfortable with this change. I want to especially Thank the therapists fir their dedicated hard work with my husband. Also I feel so welcome each time I come to visit him. I r thank the CNAs also. They work so hard and are so kind

My mother was brought in for rehab, and although this was not our first choice pick, I was pleasantly surprised! I feel more at ease that she ended up at Life Center rather than our first pick. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting, staff was friendly and made time to introduce themselves and update me on her status the minute they saw me walk into her room. Therapy daily will be great, as the other place only did it 2-3 times a week. The bird cage in the middle of where all the hallways meet was beautiful, I really think my mother will enjoy it as she loves birds. From what I have seen today, I think this facility will do great things for her during her journey to get stronger and be able to come home.

Hi attempted to be a good citizen and donate hundreds of adult diapers. The woman I spoke to I believe his name Cecelia or cc but I think it was Cecelia I’m not exactly sure and she said if you want to do that you need to call during the day I’m trying to help you guys and the the elders in need. I think that’s completely ridiculous and rude. I’d have to say that’s a terrible attitude and not good care providing. If you truly care in about your patience that you’re supposed to it wouldn’t matter when the donations came in it’s not 1 o’clock in the morning I called at 6:30 PM. I really hope this facility can get their stuff together and figure this out and be the caregivers they should be and trained properly and figure it out. I hope that this woman I spoke to get a good talking to you because that’s unbelievable and showing how little care there’s given to the elderly people who need it the most I’m just baffled and disgusted. I also have major issues with this facility, regarding my family members, and I would never send a family member here. Keep them as far away from possible and want good catering people to care for your loved ones or even to just keep them alive. I could go on and on telling you all the things that they did wrong but that would be pointless. Just keep your loved ones away.

My mother received great care here after her hip fracture. Therapy was awesome, she was up and walking and ready to go home in 2 weeks. Thank you for all the great care from therapy and nurses!

My Aunts birthday was today. I called to let Life Care Center know that I would like to bring in a cake and asked if they had a small room we could use for the occasion. They let us use their ice cream social room. It was a nice spur of the moment event. It was much appreciated.

My sister had a short stay at Life Care Center of Greeley. We were able to get her to a different rehabilitation care facility. My visits at Life Care were heartbreaking. Residents crying out from their rooms for attention or even to use the restroom were ignored. One gentleman dressed in a hospital gown with his entire back naked in the small lunch area complaining of being cold was not tended too. After years of making deliveries to this facility I was actually shocked to see the care provided inside. My family was lied to and told my sister was not there - but the ambulance outside was actually there to get her to the hospital.
