Life Care Center of Fort Wayne

I had (3) strokes on June 14, 2024 and I needed therapy so I came to Life Care Center for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. If you, a family member or friend need therapy, I would highly recommend Life Care Center. The food is good, Andrea Harris, Nihada Softic, Paula, Kendra, Brett, Christina and other Nursing Staff is great! Myah Fielder and other Aides is very helpful! Angelique Morrison is a great Activity Director, she's always coming up with new ideas to keep the Residents happy. I can't say enough about Laura Nichols and the Therapy Department. Lisa MacNamara, Holly and the Administration Dept. is very nice and helpful! Earl and everyone in the maintenance department stays on top of things as well as housekeeping. The building is always kept nice and clean. Life Care Center I am so grateful and I appreciate all that you have done for me.

Very professional and caring. The physical therapist are doing a great job in caring for our brother and strengthening him to even better than he was even before his cancer started. The food he is receiving is a balanced diet and he claims is really good.

The food is not the best many nights. I went without any food because I couldn’t stomach what they served. The staff is great with everyone, but not not the best with medical patients very few of the women would ask if there was anything else they could do for me once they Perform the service that they were called in the room to do. All the personnel are very pleasant, especially the PT people and occupational therapy.

Visited my Aunt Sandy today and really enjoyed myself with the caring staff and other residents. The staff was great with activities for the residents. They made it fun for them and interacted with each on their own personal level. I'm so glad my aunt has good hard working caring people to take care of her. Thank you all for a great day.

I am writing this review for anyone looking for a great facility for your loved ones. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing, management through all the care team. Everyone I have come in contact with is kind, caring and compassionate. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

A beautiful place with a friendly staff. Also a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.

Everyone i had the pleasure to meet at life care center of fort wayne were kind and overly willing to make my stay there be as smooth as possible The staff were very knowledgeable, compassionate and the planned activities for the residents were alot of fun and a great way to allow everyone to socialize.
