Life Care Center of Evergreen

Very nice center with exceptionally kind staff. In our short visit we were greeted by 7 different people all in various roles. Its nice to see a community supporting our vulnerable community so well!

Was visiting my mother-in-law in her new place and wow what a pleasant surprise, she is extremely happy and she kept saying how friendly the staff is, she also kept complementing the food. She has been there a week now and it’s night and day from the place she was living in Pennsylvania, the staff seems very professional and caring, the facility is great with lots of activities and things for the residents. It’s also a great location and we are happy to have her close to us now.

Judy, the receptionist was wonderful and inviting. She knew a friend of mine and it was a great welcome. I like the facility and think it's excellent. You can tell everyone cares. there is a sense of harmony and health. Grateful!

My Father-In-law was here for a week for hospice care and while the hospice care was excellent through Mt Evans, I felt the in facility care was less than attentive, I think because they were just relying on hospice. Staff is friendly but visits to his room were very infrequent. We were paying the fee for nursing care so it should have been better without hospice having to ask for him to be turned, etc. My biggest complaint is that we had to pay a month up front with the promise that money would be returned if he passed before the month was up. He passed after a week so a significant amount of money is due back. It has been more than 3 months now, multiple phone calls and promises that the check is in the mail and no check has come.

My mother was visiting from Philadelphia when she took a bad fall and fractured 4 ribs. After being in the hospital for 5 days, she was sent to The Life Care Center of Evergreen. She spent over two weeks there in rehab and skilled nursing care. The care and staff there are exceptional!

My mother stayed here for 3 weeks To rehab, a broken ankle. She loved the place. It was very clean and the staff was very nice.

Mom/grandma turning 100 years old today and celebrating at LCC Evergreen! Staff and aides were absolutely the best at helping us coordinate this party and allowing it to happen in their facility where Mom lives. They’re the best! We are forever grateful to them for the love and care they give daily!

My experience was very pleasant. The staff were both friendly and helpful! The person I visited said the food was excellent!
