Liberty Hospital Primary Care Plattsburg Clinic

I can't choose one person in the Plattsburg/Liberty clinic, they are all outstanding. I would and do recommend my neighbor's and friends to do their doctor business at the Plattsburg Clinic. They have served my husband and I for 35 years. We are very satisfied with their care.

Dr Bell is the ultimate professional. She is very knowledgeable and sincere. She takes time with each patient and explains options along with her suggestions for treatment

They actually exam you and ask questions haven't had this great care from doctors office long time. Highly recommend

Dr: Bell and the staff give wonderful care consistently. They listen, ask good questions and prescribe next steps that fit the concern and needs. I have been a patient here for decades and am grateful for the care I have received for the regular and not-so-regular happenings of life that affect health and well-being.

Mistreated my mother for months! They sent her for the wrong tests, never sent orders for tests, misdiagnosed her (a cancer survior) with lymphedema. They prescribed her water pills for swelling, congratulated her on losing 30 pounds in 3 months, and blamed pain on age. After switching to a doctor that would actually listen to her, we found out she had pancreatic cancer. Dr.Bell and Kelle tried to treat cancer with water pills and gaslighting. Please don't go there with anything serious. They wasted 5 months of time when she could have been receiving treatment. Due to their negligence and egos we lost precious time. This type of cancer spreads quickly; she was stage 4 by the time she gave up on them and went to a different doctor. Please be careful with your loved ones care.
