LHM Physical Therapy Institute - Spring Grove

I had physical therapy at the Spring Grove LHM. My physical therapist Heather and physical therapy assistant Maddie both did a great job. I found my exercises to be a great help and they were also explained to me during my sessions. I'm feeling so much better today then the day I started.

The staff at LHM Physical Therapy in Spring Grove are great knowledgeable and friendly. My shoulder was pain free after just 6 sessions of physical therapy with Heather and Maddie. It was followed up with 6 sessions of strengthening exercises. It was overall a great experience.

Everyone is warm, welcoming and great at what they do. PT Heather is amazing and entertaining as well. This was my second therapy with her, and she will be honest and help you in any way she can. PTA Maddie is also amazing and focused on helping you improve. I highly recommend.

LHM is amazing! Heather, Maddie, Lindsey, and Amanda are all such fabulous people! I’m currently in a 6 month recovery from shoulder surgery and they all have made recovering such an incredible time. Going to PT is such an enjoyable and fun time and I absolutely adore the environment. Most amazing place with the most amazing people. LHM SG gets my gold star 12/10 ⭐️

The physical therapists, assistant & receptionist are professional, courteous, friendly & caring. They motivate you & educate you on the exercises. They are vey personable. The best care you can get with a personal touch. I highly recommend LHM Physical Therapy Institute.

LHM Physical Therapy was my saving grace. I had rotator cuff surgery 9/28/23……I had therapy at another facility……apparently they released me way too soon saying I was good to go. Unfortunately, I ended up with pain and limited mobility a few months later. I was referred to LHM. On my first visit they assured me they could help me regain my mobility……I was leary and afraid that I might have torn it again……but they were 100% right and I have now been released. I can’t thank Heather, Lindsey and Maddie enough for their knowledge and expert care. They make your time there fun and you’ll have lots of laughs……they truly care about their patients and making sure that you have a full recovery.

Great environment for all ages. They will always make you laugh and will make your day. They are always riddles or questions to think about while you are there. LHM Physical Therapy Institute is the best in Spring Grove!
