Amazing experience! When I started physical therapy at LHM, my shoulder hurt and my range of motion was limited. Six weeks later and I feel great! The staff is wonderful - very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend!!!

Tasha, Justine and team are welcoming, friendly and very good at what they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, organized and well equipped. I ended up at LHM because of a very painful frozen shoulder which is very much on the mend, no more pain! Highly recommend LHM for all of your physical therapy needs!

I had a great experience working with Tasha, Dana, Brooke and Justine at LHM Physical Therapy Institute in Centre Hall. The facility is new and modern with easy parking right out front. They were able to figure out my issue and took the necessary steps to fix it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there, I highly recommend them should you be in need for physical therapy!

Big thanks to Tasha and the team. Lower back, hip, leg pain was infringing on my day to day life. The onboarding process was smooth and the implementation of the PT plan was deliberate and precise - even when working with several team members over my time there. I left with a custom training plan so that I can maintain my wellness. The atmosphere in the clinic was great, too...it made for an enjoyable experience.

100 percent recommend LHM! The Staff is knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk you. The facility is clean and easily accessible from State College and Penns Valley. Give them a try if you need physical therapy! So glad i went to a LMR!

I've had lower back issues for almost a decade now, and thanks to Tasha at LHM I am finally on the path of being fully restored!!! Over the years anytime I felt sort or pain, I would just do hot/cold and go to a chiropractor. Not that it didn't help, because it did, just was temporary and With two kids under 3 yrs old, I was completely useless when I had back pain. I never went to PT (Physical Therapy) and figured this year I should try and I am so glad I did. Tasha's way of going about it is very personable and she gave me great at home exercises so I can continue to stay at 100%

The staff at LHM in Centre Hall is outstanding. They are very professional and extremely helpful. They know just what to do to enhance your rehab.
