Lexington Clinic Shoals Primary Care.

The management needs to get qualified administrative help (front receptionist). I was scheduled for a test in Sheffield. Arrived for test only to find out the test had been cancelled due to the technician being sick. The staff nurse (at Sheffield) said they had called Lexington and told them to call me (so I could reschedule the test). They never called me so I lost time off from work, wasted gas, and traveled over in crappy weather (remnants of hurricane Irma). Also, you can NEVER talk to a live person!!! All you can get is the answering machine saying: leave your name and number and we'll return your call. I've left approximately 8-9 messages over the course of the last 3 weeks, and they have not returned my calls yet.

My son and I both use this clinic for medical needs. The doctor we use takes time with us and listens. We will continue to use this clinic. Staff is helpful and the doctor we use cares about his patients.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Leigh and most of the staff at this office! The new receptionist needs an upgrade on her personality.

They can't help anyone without a drug problem they only serve Suboxone to drugheads like everyone that works there
