I called this clinic on Jan 14th spoke to Jordan about faxing over paperwork for a pt to get transportation to an urgent apt on Monday she said to fax over and she would call back once received. This was at 4pm. I faxed, and faxed, and faxed, would not go through. Tried to call the office because maybe there was an issue...phone number would not go through. I used three different phones did not go through. I faxed a few more times that day didn't go through. This morning I tried again didn't go through. Today is a holiday so I'm thinking they are closed but I try anyway because this pt needs to get to his apt, no answer. Not happy about this. Now my pt may miss his apt for Tuesday!!!
