Levi Physical Therapy

We used Levi for my daughters therapy after acl surgery with quad graft. The last day was super emotional for me. You grow to love everyone who has taken such great care of your child when you needed them too! We will never use anyone else. Dalton and Sonya thank you for taking care of Chaydence, making her laugh, and being there for us. We are forever grateful!

My son is a patient here at Levi physical therapy. The staff is AMAZING!! He is mentally challenged and everyone from the receptionist to his therapists have been so kind, patient, friendly, and we are so happy that he was referred to this office!!! I HIGHLY recommend coming here!!! 5 stars all the way!!
