My mother was a patient. The nursing staff, speech pathologist & the occupational therapist were fantastic. They were definitely 5 star. The physical therapist was an absolute jerk. He spoke down to my mother and then would talk to me about her as though she was not by me. The case manager was awful. No setting up for the future appointments when she discharged. His attitude the entire time she was there was horrible. Asking for anything seemed to inconvenience him. The doctor was almost impossible to get a hold of. Once I did finally have the opportunity to speak with him it was obvious that I was wasting his time. I would never have a loved one go to this place again.

I was a patient in the beginning of May 2022. I was transferred there following a below-knee amputation on my left leg. I've been in many hospitals and similar facilities for much of my life (severe birth defect of my feet and ankles) in several states. This makes me a senior member of the Patients Circle. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff treated me with the utmost kindness, compassion and concern. I treated them with the same respect as I would anyone. I believe that was a huge part of why they were so attentive to my needs and concerns. Even when I addressed my sole complaint (the hospital food), they listened to my input and said they would bring it to the Higher Up's attention. If they ever need someone to give a testimonial or if there's something I can do in repayment for their compassion and attentiveness, they have only to.ask. I feel this facility is the absolute best I've ever been in, and I don't give that praise lightly.

Horrible... My grandmother just recently had a triple bypass and during surgery had a minor stroke. Well once she was stable she was sent to this rehab. Where she spent a total of a few days. For the on call physician to lie about her x-rays and also say her brain is fried! In which case it most certainly isnt... after that he called her cardiologist and told him if they didn't transfer her back to Fresno heart hospital that he would have her sent to the emergency room... really can't believe that hospitals let doctors like that work there. I am very disappointed and will be telling people how your center treats their patients.

My Dad was here for a little over two weeks and he had great care every single day. The team made sure he had everything he needed and they provided great training for the change in his life at 83 years old. My sister and I went through training to make sure we knew how to help him. I would absolutely recommend this center to anyone who is going through rehab!
