He's a great Dr. The follow up at the Prattville locations is extremely open and has no privacy. It's more like rounds in an emergency room when done by a treatment team. Everyone hears your follow up info and, discusses it with the stranger next to them. Also he touches every patient and never washes his hands in between follow ups. Surgery, open wounds, up to 20 patients, and no hand washing bad combo. But he's a great surgeon, and staff is nice😊

I have experienced a lot of pain and headaches with this place. I had some unexpected swelling in my right knee Dr. James ordered an MRI to be done which was $325 for self pay and after MRI they told me it will be additional $100 next week for him to talk to me about my results. I'm sorry but that is way too high for a self pay person. I'm not happy with this and if I need surgery I'm unsure if I'm going to have them do the surgery or go somewhere else. They should treat self pay people with a little more respect. My advice is not to go this place if you are self pay find somewhere that treats people better.

I hurt my ankle and limped and was in pain every day for the past six years. I went to specialist and physical therapy but was never able to get rid of the pain. A friend recommended the Lemak group so I thought I would at least give it a try. Dr. Iyengar performed a cartlidge graft on my ankle and it has been a great success. For the first time in six years I can walk without pain. I am immensely grateful for how she has improved my life.

I came in to see Dr. James and the service was great. He was very thorough with details of my injury. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. James and his staff. They are all wonderful.

DR LOREN JAMES WAS EXCELLENT AS A SURGEON AND WITH ME AS A PATIENT. LEMAK HEALTH NOW HAS A CENTRAL ANSWERING SYSTEM YOU CAN NO LONGER CALL YOUR LOCAL OFFICE DIRECT. MY WIFE SAW DR JAMES AND PAID WITH A CHECK THAT WAS NEVER CASHED HAD TO VOID THE CHECK. MY WIFE THEN PAID BY CREDIT CARD. SHE CONTACT LEMAK THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK AND NEVER DID. GOOD LUCK IN GETTING SOMEBODY TO TALK TO IN THEIR BILLING OFFICE LEAVE NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH AND PHONE WE WILL CALL BACK RIGHT! WE HAVE A RECEIPT OF THE TRANSACTION ON THE INTERNET ON THE CREDIT CARD WEBSITE WHERE IT WAS PAID. WE JUST RECEIVED A FINAL NOTICE THREATENING TO TURN THIS OVER TO COLLECTIONS. I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO SUE FOR MENTAL ANGUISH HARASSMENT AND TRASHING MY WIFE'S CREDIT SCORE FOR BEING INCOMPETENT IF THE SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS.
