Legacy Physical Therapy

A fantastic place to receive physical therapy. I’ve been to them for pt multiple times, the staff are always fantastic and really care about helping you get better. They answer all your questions with no judgement and over all are a very fun environment to be in. They also offer really nice services like dry needling that have helped me so much. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs physical therapy.

This place is a home away from home. A family you never knew you needed. I absolutely adore every single person there. I have not been one to follow instruction but the atmosphere at this place is off the charts. The staff are beyond just staff to you they treat you like they've known you forever. The conversations had and the work they do makes it feel less like a chore and more like a fun spot (where you have to do all the work lol) I have been trying to get them to get a margarita machine but that's still in the works (will keep you posted). But truth be told this place has made me view getting my body back in a whole new light. I truly appreciate every single one of them and I hope others get the opportunity to as well.

Jim is awesome, helps with all the issues I have. I would follow jim to Alaska. He is very helpful teaching how to do things for your body to get better. The environment is friendly and inviting. They make you feel at home and treat you as a human not just number.

“I love going to physical therapy!” said no one ever. BUT, after several injuries throughout the years, I’ve become a firm believer in the necessary role that it plays in the healing process. If you’re willing to put in the work, I guarantee, you’ll see results. This is the first time I’ve worked with the staff at Legacy Physical Therapy and, after my experience there, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They never pushed or pressured me into doing anything beyond the limits of my ability. They cared about my pain and understood that you’re not going to have gains with every single visit. It s a process that takes time. Some days you just hurt more than others and they were very empathetic about that. I never felt rushed. I was never made to feel that they were too busy to assist or instruct me with my therapy. Everyone gets the same attention at Legacy. YOU MATTER.

I have been a patient of Jim and Sarah for many years. They have helped me recover from knee replacement and hip replacement surgery. Currently Jim is working on a tendinitis problem I have. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and various ways to correct your problem. He does this in a very professional manner and with with a pleasant attitude. Jim Couch has helped me recover from several injuries over the years. I've worked with him since I was in high school. Whether it was after spraining one knee, meniscus surgery on the other , or breaking my tibia, Jim has always been eager to help me get back to full strength. Without his knowledge, planning, and attention to detail, I wouldn't be able to continue participating in the athletic activities that I love. My physical and mental health owe a lot to Jim's care and insight.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff's kindness and sense of humor make it a fun atmosphere to heal in! My carpel tunnel and trigger thumb issues have drastically improved because of the beautiful people at legacy!
