Legacy Health and Rehabilitation Center

Well thanks for causing my grandma to come to her end sooner than she would’ve if she wouldn’t have gone to legacy. Y’all’s facility is a disgrace and I’ll never forgive myself for allowing her to go there. I don’t know if everyone there sucks at their job and just caring for people in general or are only there for a paycheck but if the higher echelon for legacy sees this. Please reevaluate from the bottom of the ladder first if you plan on having a company that values their patients.

I love my job here, we have wonderful administrator. I really enjoy watching the way she interacts with residents, she is caring and she is good at resolving issues in positive way

The team at Legacy Health and Rehab is amazing! Great work environment with friendly staff. We care about our residents and treat them as if they are our own family members. We have a great therapy program and our activity director is always coming up with fun and exciting activities for our residents.

Great co-workers, Love my Residents….That is what keeps me coming back. I can get to work and be in not such a good mood; I instantly start smiling and interacting with my residents. Great administration to work with, always willing to help if needed. 🥰🥰🥰

My Grandma was recently a resident here for rehab. The staff were all super friendly, caring and compassionate. The Director of Nursing was attentive to her needs, and the administrator was always available. We had a great experience.

This place is a joke!!! My mom is there for a short term stay to receive physical therapy & they never go check on her when she pushes her call button, she had a stroke so she’s unable to walk without assistance so she’s a fall risk and when she pushes that button no one shows up for hours and sometimes not at all!!! She could literally be on the floor and no one comes!! NOT TO MENTION THEY STEAL FROM THE RESIDENTS!!! Someone stole money and jewelry from her room!!! When I brought the missing money up to them, they didn’t seem shocked and nothing was done about it. I just found out her rings are missing and tried calling numerous times to speak to someone and they never answer the phone!! They also are lazy and don’t like to give showers when requested! My mom asked Saturday night for a shower, was told they’d look into it. Sunday comes, she asks for a shower, they tell her no showers on Sundays. Monday she’s asked if she wants a shower, she tells them yes, they say okay we will be in here in a second, no one ever came back!!! I complained to them about it Monday night & they finally gave her one on Tuesday and also confirmed that they can in fact give showers on Sundays!!! They lied because they just didn’t want to do it!! This place is disgusting and always smells like urine and feces every single day that I go in there!! My mom needs the therapy but at this point she will not be there any longer!!!

If you want your loved ones to die from neglect then this is the best place for them! Horrible management Horrible stuff Horrible nurses that should have worked in a butcher shop instead ! A lot of illegal things happen behind locked doors there ! Especially management! I give them one star for keeping the place open that's it!

My brother was a resident at this facility for several months until a few weeks ago. My brother is very difficult to deal with as he has mental and physical limitations. The staff was very caring and wonderful to him despite his behaviors. I want to thank the administration and staff for taking such great care of all his needs while he was in their facility.
