I’ve been going to Lee Miller for PhysicalTherapy for a while. First for my right shoulder which has healed. Second for my back which has healed. Currently he is treating my left shoulder and it is healing amazingly. Lee Miller is the best of the best. He is very knowledgeable of the human anatomy. I will only go to him if I’ve been injured. He gets the job done.

I have been going to Lee Miller Rehab for several yrs. I have osteoarthritist in both knees and left hip. The treatment here consists of both manual and mechanical and the latest treatment. Also now little or no pain. Realizing I will never do what I did in my youth I get around much mich better. I can do steps better; get up from chairs and low seats. My Son's futon is about a foot off the floor and can get up normally now. Also have knelt to get things and getting into tub/shower is no problem. Staff is nice and professional too. A friend who was a patient (retired physician/surgeon) was impressed. As he said: "other PT didn't do manual treatment which is important. So with shots from my Orthopedist I don't need knee replacement as of now. Yes I am very PLEASED with Lee Miller Rehab.

I first went to Lee Miller Physical Therapy in Catonsville about 18 months ago. By the time I got to Lee Miller's practice I had tried every option for my back problem. Nothing helped and I was told I was not a candidate for surgery. When I began going there I had lost my ability to drive and could barely walk with a walker. I went twice a week for 11 months. I was intermittently treated by Lee himself, an excellent, skilled, and experienced therapist but Teresa was and has been my therapist almost from the start. She is a wonderful therapist as well as a terrific person. I was told it would take time. After 11 months I was discharged. By then I was able to drive again, walk with only a cane for support when I go out but don't need it at home. I was back to doing so many things that I had lost the ability to do. Not being able to have the surgery, I still have limitations but with the skilled help of Teresa I do well and better than we ever thought I would. I have bad days but she taught me how to manage the pain. Most of my days are certainly better then when I first went there. The entire staff, Valerie, Casey, and current assistant, Kristen are wonderful, helpful, understanding and make you feel at home. I look forward to my visits. Before going to Lee Miller Physical Therapists I had a string of bad experiences but these people are the best, having breathed new life into me and have restored my independence. Lee Miller has another office at Crossroads on Reisterstown Rd in case Catonsville is not convenient to some. If you are in need of some excellent Physical Therapy you can't go wrong with Lee Miller Physical Therapy.

This rehabilitation office promotes excellent care and a genuine concern for the patient. The staff is so pleasant that they will become like an extended family as you work on getting better. The PT doctors here are very meticulous about the treatment(s) that the patient is given. I'm a person who says what's on their mind and has no problem asking questions. They welcome that! They are sincerely interested in knowing your thoughts so they can be addressed, discussed and resolved. Dr. Mike was my specialist and he was absolutely amazing! My experience here was wonderful. I actually miss seeing everyone. The front desk personnel and the techs that help take care of you are all very personable, friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Drs. Lee & Mike are exactly the same, and in addition, very knowledgeable. Each person is respected and treated according the their individual needs. And they are serious about you getting better, stronger and regaining whatever life may have temporarily taken from you. So if you're looking for a safe, welcoming and family friendly environment, where you WILL work hard to recover, this is the place for you! Sincerely, Terry

My experience made me regret ever giving this place a try. I was told verbally that physical therapy was not helping, so I confirmed with my insurance that I could be discharged. Upon speaking with Lee Miller regarding what my insurance said (and seeking guidance on if there was even a point to finish out 3 more sessions) I was treated extremely poorly since I was questioning him. Lee Miller did not care about me as a patient, he only cared about getting another paycheck for 3 more sessions. He accused me of lying about the physical therapist telling me that PT was not helping. He accused me of canceling some previous appointments “just because” (when I had clearly communicated to the office manager what happened when they happened). He thinks he knows everything but he doesn’t (There was multiple times I corrected him on my own medical disorder.) His arrogance was extremely out of line. He is dismissive to what you say because he thinks he knows best. He prides himself by the phrase of “I have treated patients for over X amount of years”. When reaching the end of this conversation as he had an attitude and was rushing off the phone, he lost my business and respect. As a patient who went to this business for help, I only ended up with more questions than answers, emotional distress caused by him, and no improvement to my pain or symptoms. He could not even tell me “what” improvements when I asked for evidence as to why I should finish out 3 sessions when the other physical therapist told me PT was not helping. Please save your mental health, money and time to find someone who actually cares for their patients mentally, physically, and emotionally.

At 67 and being somewhat physically challenged, I've been the beneficiary of many Physical Therapists in my life. Dr. Miller and Theresa are the best I've ever encountered. After a truly horrible sprained ankle and my own ill-advised ignorance of doctor's orders, 5 mos.later, I finally sought treatment. In just a matter of weeks, these really gifted individuals took me from constantly re-injuring myself to understanding the dynamics of a disabling episode that had taken over my life. Put yourself in their hands and do the exercises they prescribe. They'll understand your frustration and give you relief. Highly recommended.

Dr. Miller was a godsend. With my body aching, he helped me learn exercises that gave me relief. I now feel stronger and definitely have more energy, all thanks to Dr. Miller. At 80years old I will likely need PT again and will go to no one else.
