I came here with a neck so frozen and painful I could barely move it. Reagan, my physical therapist, and Justin, his assistant, did such a great job, I am now pain free and have great mobility. It has changed my life, and I am so grateful to them. They are wonderful, and I highly recommend them. The facility is first-rate and clean. Everyone there is nice and friendly.

On July 18, 2024, I had total knee replacement. On July 22, 2024, I met Ernie Ledesma for the first time. He asked me what I wanted to be able to do after PT was complete. I told him social dancing, swimming, and pickleball. He said he would get me all the way there but he was going to rough me up. He set the bar high. He sure did. On that first day, he took my knee from 42 degree bend to 80 degrees. He told me to take one of the pain pills before coming to future appointments because he was not going to back off. He has a cool machine called Biodex. He strapped my leg from just below the knee to my foot into a clamp. The machine bends your knee for you so it does all the work. As the machine bends your knee the user can push a button to increase the degree of bend. The first day I used it I challenged myself to bend my knee to 101 degrees. On the second day, I bent it to 117 degrees. Over the course of six weeks Ernie took me through a series of exercises which finally allowed me to bend my knee on my own to 135 degrees. The maximum is 140 degrees. If you are willing to suffer some pain and diligently do your exercises at home between appointments, then you will find that your knee is fully functional. Don Hicks

Ernie and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and completely dedicated to the well being and recovery of their clients. While therapy isn't something you normally look forward to, the relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Ledesma make for a more pleasant and successful journey. This facility is a step above any other I have ever been to and after 6 weeks of therapy following a knee replacement, I would highly recommend them.

I went to Ledesma for eight weeks, twice a week, and my hip problem was totally resolved. Each visit was a pleasure - Ernie is very knowledgeable, effective and is so very nice, and his entire staff makes it a pleasure to be there. You cannot miss an opportunity to have your physical therapy done there.
