League City Physical Therapy

Highly recommend this place for any and all Physical therapy needs. Sandra is very knowledgeable and proficient. Helped me recover from a herniated disc couple of years ago and now has healed a muscle imbalance in the shoulder. Its an hours drive to get here from the city, but totally worth the travel.

League City Physical Therapy is an outstanding PT facility. At first, I felt like all the ladies were mother hen’ing me because I heal very fast, and do a lot of extra stuff outside of the arena that my Ortho Surgeon and physical therapists have me do. But that is a good thing because it shows that they truly care about my well being. Over time, they started to realize that I am moving along a lot faster than normal, but they still stay on top of me about rushing or overdoing things. You can definitely tell they care about you. Everyone is very friendly and inviting, the facility is very clean, organized and sanitized. And just as importantly, they will take the time to answer any questions or concerns that you have, whether it’s over the phone, or when you’re there. Just like I found my awesome surgeon just Googling around for a good surgeon, I did the same for LCPT. I got super lucky to find both my Ortho Surgeon and LCPT because both of them are awesome and I’m confident that when I return to normalcy, and return to sport, I’ll be more than ready thanks to these people. I 100% recommend them.

I started at League City PT following surgery for a ruptured plantar plate. My balance was terrible and my gait was far from normal. After several months of PT I am stronger and completely pain free. My balance is the best it’s ever been and my walking gait is complete normal. Not only that, I am able to run again. Something I thought would never be possible again. The staff at League City PT is absolutely the best. They are knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They listened to me and addressed any concerns I had about my foot. If I ever need PT again I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Excellent facility! I tore my shoulder muscle and the staff had treatment plan to exercise, strengthen and heal my injury such that I could avoid surgery. They monitored my progress and made sure my technique was proper and the joint was not over stressed. In a couple months, the pain is gone and shoulder movement is back to normal . I couldn’t be more satisfied with this facility. The front desk was friendly. She always answered phone calls and gave frequent appointment reminders. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. My thanks to all for what you do!

I've seen big improvements in my bed bound mom since coming to physical therapy. I'm so grateful to all the staff who work with her. She's more energetic, walking more, able to stand, and going more places with me. Thank u to the staff. I appreciate you all.

I’ve been to several physical therapy clinics in several states for low back/sacral pain. In my opinion, League City Physical Therapy was the best. The techniques and exercises Sandra used helped me tremendously. She explained and showed me the causes of my pain and addressed all issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything you needed they were on top of it.

I have been to pt at this place twice. Once series of pt for a knee replacement. Now I was back for lumbar spine surgery pt. Both time I have had a wonderful experience. They listen to you answer questions and work with you for success. Love this place they actually help you recover.

This Physical Therapy Facility is fantastic. The equipment, staff and overall approach to therapy is top notch! You're not instructed to do an exercise and then left alone to do it. The staff work with you closely to ensure you are properly doing the exercises. Sandra, the physical therapist, takes the time to listen to your experiences and pain. She's confident in her approach and treatments. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars *****!
