Last year, I went too hard, too fast in my running routine after coming out of a long break (I also transitioned into working from home full-time that resulted in trading walks across campus for lots more sitting). I blew my knee and experienced pain like never before. I couldn't squat, I couldn't walk or stand for long periods of time without pain. And of course I couldn't run. I found Leading Edge from a quick search and gave them a try. I am so happy I did! Within five weeks, Susan and her amazing team got me stronger, more flexible, and generally pain free! The mix of physical therapy technology tools, pilates, stretches, and strengthening exercises is top tier, as is the companion app that kept me accountable and engaged between sessions. I came in with knee swelling and a nightly routine of icing, elevation, and pain meds and graduated the treatment plan having completed short run for the first time in months and a new appreciation for squats and lunges! Thank you SUSAN, ABBY, GINGER, and SARAH for getting me back to myself! And special shouts out to NATALIE at the front desk who was always kind, energetic, and welcoming at every appointment. Leading Edge Physical Therapy is the best!! After a traumatic injury and 5 months in a wheelchair, Mike and his staff of professionals worked very hard to get me back on my feet! Their equipment is top notch and the variety of exercises and stretches were great! I am now walking with much appreciation for their very knowledgeable help!
