Staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the patients and their families. I was very pleased with the care they provided to my mother in law. Many thanks to the staff in admission, nurses, nursing assistants, social worker, PT and OT. We greatly appreciate you!

The staff are so comforting and pleasant to visitors and residence. They are very dedicated and stay long hours to make sure the patients are satisfied. I recommend this facility to others

By entering the property I was told to check in from that small machine which is very fast and very convenient to use. I was escorted to my relatives room, thank you. Staff's are very friendly and hand sanitizers are everywhere.The facility is very clean and no smell of any odor what so ever not like some facility I have been.

I was at Lawton Skilled Nursing for the last 3months after a horrific motorcycle accident and was in need of extensive wound,rehab and nursing treatment . I found Brenna to be an extremely competent and skilled wound care nurse. Dan the administrator stopped by often and provided me with a private room which has been appreciated. CNA Ricah was a calm and reassuring voice during difficult times. Joseph in the rehab department taught me how to walk and Sam in OT put her all into my improvement. I'm happy to announce I will be discharging tomorrow and I couldn't be more happy of the strides I've made and the care I got from Dan and his crew at Lawton. I highly recommend for anyone in need of care.

The nurses and the staffs are very care about my dad health. They know which one the best for my dad. They are friendly and listen what the patient needs. So far so good 👍. The environment around facility is good and quiet, a lot of trees and beautiful view, also good and convenient Public transportation.

Cozy, welcoming, friendly, clean, modern, natural light, knowledgeable and helpful and caring staff! I’m confident that my grandpa is getting the care he needs.

Not recommended. Bad air ventilation inside the room and take a long time (30 mins+) for my dad to get bathroom help. Lack of support if the patient has mobility concerns.

Lawtons administrator goes above and beyond for his patients. The staff is amazing.
