This is the best healing studio around! The yoga classes are small and very personable. They greatly ease the aches and pains and increase mobility (I'm 33 years old). Kimberly is also a beyond outstanding palates instructor and will target muscle groups that your body forgot you had so that they engage outside of the studio and protect all those parts you have used and abused. She retaught me how to walk and now my back and knees don't hurt anymore! It is also very affordable.

After an initial consultation with Kimberly and being assured no prior experience was needed with Pilates or Yoga, my husband and I started private classes. We just finished our 15th class and plan to sign up for more in the future. We enjoyed being challenged and encouraged with each class while improving our strength and flexibility. Kimberly is professional and talented with a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. We also looked forward to being greeted at the door by Georgia. Ritha & Doug May

Kimberly knows her yoga and Pilates. She makes you feel at ease if you’re a beginner. If you’re looking to heal from an injury or feel how your body is supposed to move, she can help! Highly recommend for any age. Her studio is clean and inviting.

Just found that fantastic small studio in Catalina, My teen daughter and I attended 2 classes this past week with Kimberly. We had 2 fantastic workout sessions! We first attended Gentle Yoga at 8:00 and then Thanksgiving morn for Mat Pilates. We had fun, we laughed, we WORKED! Kimberly was truly professional and experienced as she cued us and put us in proper alignment when necessary. Thank you, it made a world of difference. So much better than huge classes. We got her undivided attention. Can't wait to try a couple other classes when we have time. The other exciting part....her lovely pet dog Georgia! So much fun to have her in studio and welcoming us! What a warm, and caring studio. Don't be put off by thinking it is far from Marana, Oro Valley, or Tucson. Her studio is so easy to get to from all places. THANK YOU KIMBERLY! I practiced yoga today with Kim. It was fabulous. I took the 8 AM, low and slow gentle class and she kept her form true to the title of the class . As a yoga instructor, I am looking for a local studio for me to practice and have them fill my cup. Kim did just that. I am going to give Pilates a try at the recommendation of my masseuse from Mend Massage in Catalina. I have never done pilates before. This could become my new happy place.

I am so glad I found this wonderful Yoga studio. Im new to Yoga and Kimberly is a fantastic instructor. So knowledgeable and a great coach during the class. Always look forward to seeing everyone and getting a great workout.
