Ignored neck pain in hopes it would resolve, but didn't after several months. I've always been very skeptical about physical therapy, and had my wife not booked an appointment, would not have gone. Just to prove myself the point, I followed exercises closely over the course of a few weeks. Improvements were gradual but noticeable and I am pretty much pain free for the last few weeks. What I most appreciated was that Al Lavayan did not hand me off to some trainee after a first visit, but stuck with me (and all the other patients that I saw) from start to finish. He clearly knows his stuff, and was always in good spirits, even at end-of day appointments. Enjoyed his sense of humor and wit, which helped take issues serious, but not too serious. Highly recommend him. In the current healthcare mess, he stands out to me as a caring professional that got results.

It's true, some of the equipment is old, but Al is by far one of the most outstanding Therapists I've ever gone to. His years of experience will identify problems quickly and he knows how to get you back on your feet quickly. It's a family type atmosphere where everyone gets along and you get to know the other patients by first name. I highly recommend this Therapist!

Al is the most amazing physical therapist. He gives his all and gets his patients well. The atmosphere is positive and makes me want to work hard. I actually look forward to going because I can see real progress and feel so much better after each visit.

What everyone else is saying is 100% spot on. The environment is very encouraging and makes you want to go to rehab. Al has the nest demeanor. I came to him over 20 years ago and have a current need that I am so excited he's still around as I know he gets results!
