I highly recommend Dr. Zach and Dr. Dave at Launch. They've been instrumental in my recovery from a shoulder injury (labrum tear), guiding me from diagnosis through post-op recovery with exceptional care and expertise. Dr. Zach has been my primary therapist, and his commitment to my recovery is evident in every session. Unlike other clinics where you might get a couple minutes with a doctor and most of the time with an assistant, I appreciate that I get to spend the entire session with Dr. Zach himself. This one-on-one attention has been invaluable in my progress, allowing me to learn and understand more about my injury and recovery process. The exercise programs and treatment plans Dr. Zach has tailored for me have been incredibly effective. I've felt myself getting stronger and healthier with each session, as well as empowered to keep getting stronger on my own. Dr. Dave has also been supportive throughout my journey. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I'm well on my way back to my normal activities, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone struggling with an injury of their own!

Dr. Dave is a godsend. Prior to seeing him, I had been limping for six weeks and was in extreme pain. I had been told by 3 surgeons that I would need major bone surgery to correct an atomical knee issue; and seen 2 other physical therapists who, beyond advising me to ice and providing some very basic exercises, were unable to help. Dr. Dave spent 3 hours w/ me at our first visit – just trying to figure out what was wrong and how best to restore my gait. He is an athlete who truly understands how our joints and muscles work. Equally as important, he listens to his clients and knows how to pivot / tweak movements and exercises that aren’t working or are causing pain. I also appreciate his emphasis on personal responsibility – he doesn’t want to see his patients every week b/c he expects them to be doing their exercises independently. How refreshing! Honestly, I cannot thank Dr. Dave (or the friend that referred me) enough.

Dr. Dave is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. Over the years, I’ve tried ASTYM treatment, dry needling, and manual therapy under his guidance, all providing immediate relief. The therapeutic exercises he prescribes form an amazingly effective toolbox that I can rely on whenever needed. He is also caring and kind. The Launch team is excellent as well; they're flexible around your schedule, despite being very so busy.

Dr.Dave is a miracle worker. Was struggling with a few sports related injuries, specifically tennis elbow in both arms due to golf. Happy to say after a few treatments the pain went away and I’ve been pain free and back to 100% ever since.

Dave at Launch PT has been an absolute lifesaver! Our son completely severed his ACL and Dave has worked his magic after our son’s surgery and gotten him back to full capacity with his knee and cleared to return to sports activity.
