LAUNCH

Our family has been a part of the Launch family for over 3 years now. Both of my sons have seen their therapists and children we foster as well. The staff is phenomenal at staying on top of things and helping where they can. We loveeeeeee the facility as well and it’s always a friendly atmosphere.

Launch has completely changed my son's life! The therapists and administrative team have hearts of gold and will do anything to see their kids grow and reach their goals. My son is doing things today that many said he would never be able to do because of the love, compassion, and had work this amazing team has poured into him. Launch handles evaluations and re-evaluations of your child's needs. They advocate for your child, and provide a wealth of knowledge on how you can continue therapy at home. We will never go anywhere else! We love pur Launch family! 🥰

I have had the pleasure of working directly with this facility, from therapists to billing, and have always been exceptionally pleased with the service, whether via phone or in person. The significant progress I witnessed in my foster child was nothing short of miraculous, astonishing not only myself but also her doctors. Launch provided her with opportunities that many believed were beyond reach. The office manager stands out as my favorite. Her expertise is unparalleled, handling her job so efficiently that it seems she could do it with her eyes closed, from anywhere. She is the perfect blend of personable and professional, making every interaction a positive one. This facility has truly made a remarkable difference in our lives, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have been going to launch since my son was 18 months old for speech and occupational therapy. Our OT, Brandi Olivier, has gone above and beyond for our child. The office staff, Tina, Jade and Chantelle have helped us with payment options, scheduling and questions. I would recommend Launch to anyone who wants the best therapy for their child. Compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough great things.

LAUNCH has been a blessing to not only ourselves but also the children of this parish. They always went the extra mile for my daughter. Launch is so much more than a place for your child to go to therapy, they are a family. For the past six and a half years at one point in time one of my four children have needed therapy. Launch has been there every single time to help meet the goals of my individual children and support us as parents. Thank you Launch for everything!
