I love coming to this chiropractic office. Nayely in the office is very kind and helpful. It’s a welcoming positive atmosphere. Very flexible with scheduling As well as providing DOT exams. love my adjustments here along with the massage chair after. Dr. Jon is a great chiropractor. I am a 70 year old woman who came to him 3 years ago with numbness in my arms and just thought it was age. In a short amount of time he corrected the problem and I am so very grateful. I continue to see him as needed and highly recommend him.

Dr Serafin is very helpful. He is very professional and takes good care of his patients. I had a car accident and have been going to him. I feel much better . My husband has been going to him for 3 years now and we highly recommend him.

I have been seeing the Doc at Lathrop Chiropractics for several years. He cares about you health and goes above and beyond to adjust a person. I have been to several chiropractors over a 15 year period and kept changing up Chiropractor because they couldn't adjust me where I could feel any different. When I leave the Doc's office I always feel that my body has rejuvenated after an adjustment. The Doc is very knowledgeable in no how to help you manage you pain after you leave there. We need more people like the Doc who cares and ensures your adjustment is what you expected it to be.

My schedule is very busy and finding the time during the week to go to a chiropractor is difficult for me which is why I made an appointment. I also checked to see about how long the appointment would take and was told about an hour. I arrived early, filled out 7 or so forms and then waited. I thought I was going to a chiro but I think the other 8 or 9 people waiting with me were all there for work drug tests or work physicals. The room is small with no air and it was getting hot in there and I hate to say this but the smell was not good coming from some of the people waiting. (someone drank a lot of beer the night before was one of the odors). After waiting half an hour past my appointment time I left. I understand a business being busy, but I am pretty sure I was the only person there with an appointment and the others were walk ins. They may have arrived before I did, but I had an appointment and they did not, which was frustrating. After this experience and reading the other reviews, there is no way I could recommend this place to anyone. Edit- Having an appointment means you should be seen at the time of the appointment, or at least as close as possible depending on how busy they are. At least I would think they could update someone who has been waiting for more than 30 minutes past their appointment time.

I received care from Dr Jon over a 5 - 6 week period after receiving injuries from an auto accident. The atmosphere at Lathrop chiropractic is calm, quiet and relaxing; Dr Jon is pretty pretty much an open book, very easy to talk to and responsive to requested care & treatment regiment adjustments. The treatment I received really helped to reduce some pain I suffer from in my neck and tension I often suffer from around my eyes and head due to the injuries I sustained in the auto accident. I highly recommend Lathrop chiropractic to anyone who wishes to improve their overall health and wellness.

Very unprofessional and ignorant person. I took my little brother to get his physical done so he could play in a youth football team. This was our second visit, last year I took my brother there was no problem. This year he demanded I show him my brother medical history. He acted arrogantly and very unprofessional. Kept asking me are you show you are his guardian. He asked if he could speak with parents, I told him they don't speak English. Then he asked what language they speak when I told him he arrogantly smiled and said he won't help us. His demenor and attitude explain why his business is tucked away in a secluded area. I would not be surprised if he is a racist. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The worst professional doctor I have met in my life. His reviews explain the type of business he us running.
