After having tried other places, by far and without hesitation I choose this one. Don't think twice about asking about what's happening to you and why you were referred there. Eric will always be happy to explain to you in detail about your problems and the personalized treatment you will receive there. He and his staff are great professionals.

LOVE the therapists, they are ALL excellent..unfortunately, the office manger is a real problem. I spoke to a nice receptionist to schedule some appointments (I'm a long time, repeat customer) and somehow the policy on future appointments had been changed. She "saved" appointments for me, and said she'd ask her manger how to proceed. Sounded fair to me. The manger called me, and after (loosely) explaining her new policy, when I told her I didn't love the change she proceeded to SHOUT at me how she had saved the business from bankruptcy and how they are only here today because of her policies and how dare I disapprove. She then told me (after I told her I was an old time customer and had referred several patients and I didn't appreciate her treatment) that they had "plenty of customers, and if you don't like our policies I invite you to take your business elsewhere". Yes..she actually said that. Good luck to you. Your product is great, but if you treat your customers like garbage, garbage is all you will have left in a very short time. I'm sorry for the rest of the staff, which as I said, are all terrific.

Eric Landswick is BRILLIANT. I have three herniated discs and had been going to physical therapy else where and was in pain for months. One visit with Eric... he did miracles on my back! Almost a year later and my back is pain free!
