Very grateful for my experience with Dr. Kira and her care in helping me as a postpartum mom- she had such a great ability to make me feel comfortable while approaching a more delicate area such as pelvic floor health. The one-on-one care was so helpful in me building trust with her, but also helping me reach my specific goals quickly! I’m so thankful I’m now able to return to working out without pain, leakage and ultimately keep up with my babies feeling strong again. Thank you Dr. Kira!!

Dr. Jonny is probably one of the funniest and smartest dudes I’ve ever known! Oh and he’s also a freaking amazing PT! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, he will get you feeling good and will empower you to take control of your pain and get back to doing what you love to do, and usually doing it BETTER! If you’re a surfer, exercise enthusiast or just want to maximize your body you should totally go see Jonny at Land and Sea PT!

Working with Dr. Zac totally blew me away. I have tried Physical Therapy before and this was nothing like that. Initially I was skeptical to pay out of pocket but once I went in there and saw how good these guys are at what they do, I knew I had to give it a try. I signed up for the program they recommended, its 10 sessions total over the course of 3 months. I’m about half way through it and my shoulder pain is SO MUCH BETTER. I just wish I would’ve done this sooner. In the initial assessment, he took the time to explain to me what was going on in a way that NO other doctor, therapist, etc. ever had and even after the short treatment he did in that session, I could tell that he was right on track and I left already feeling better. The amount of time they spend doing that hands on manipulation of my shoulder makes such a difference, then he creates a program for me to do at home but spends a lot of time with me to make sure I’m doing it correctly. He said that Physical Therapy didn’t work for me last time because I was technically doing the “right things,” the wrong way and that actually was making my issue worse. If you are having pain and it’s affecting you as much as it was me, I can’t recommend these guys enough. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for and its 100% worth every penny!

One of the best places you will ever go! They taught me so much about my shoulder and recovery! I love their 1:1 style that empowered me with an individual plan! Now after straining ky rotator cuff and years if issues I’m pain free!

It has been one year since my original sciatic injury, the worst of it's kind I've ever experienced has happened. I've been with Dr. Jonny over the last year due to that injury. You might be wondering, wow, a year in physical therapy, obviously it's not working?! That couldn't be far from the truth. The reality is, my injury at its root is years of tightness and lack of mobility in other areas of my body from so many injuries since I was kid from being an athlete. As we age, and continue to be active, those problems only get worse going unaddressed. Dr. Jonny helped me heal the sciatica within my first two sessions with him, but we've been successfully working together on the root cause issues to open up areas of tightness that have been closed for years. It's not just about the manual therapy work, it is the education I received to recognize what my body is telling me, and use the exercises I've learned to address and prevent further injury. While I am always considered, the "unique" patient with my symptoms and what is or isn't working, I know that Dr. Jonny is always committed to ensuring I'm performing at my best in any of my sports to this day. Forever grateful for this partnership!

Land and Sea's ability to move from symptom to source and address issues from a systemic angle was a breath of fresh air as opposed to other PTs I've seen that typically target the problem area alone. After my first experience with Dr. Jonny and Dr. Mike, I'm confident that it will be hard to go to any other physical therapists in the future. I developed tennis elbow that affected my grip, left me in pain throughout the day and impacted my surfing and weightlifting. In a single 45-minute session, Dr. Jonny had not only pinpointed the root cause of my pain, but he also gave me the tools and exercises needed to address it while also significantly reducing the pain I was already feeling upon walking in - it was a night and day difference. Can't thank them enough!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Mike for a couple weeks now for my knee which has give me trouble for a long time. Just in the few appointments I’ve had with him I’ve been able to get deeper in my squats than I have in years. I’m also doing my day to day life in a lot less pain. I love how right after he works on me he retests all my problem pieces to make sure what he’s doing is actually effective. I think his constant retesting and continued or change in direction (dependent on what that retest showed) is what’s giving me such quick results! I highly recommend Dr. Mike and Land and Sea PT.

I’ve been in sports for over 12+ years and played professionally. I leaned more about the nerve in my leg and how to properly stretch my calf muscles in a span of 15 minutes. Learning something new was impressive. I felt like it was efficient and effective.
