Dr. Steve and team are amazing. I drive from San Ramon 3 times a week because I wouldn’t go any where else but to him.

They are trying to take on too many clients with little resources. You won’t get individual support. If you are interested in going to a gym where a PT occasionally drops in to check on you, then this is the place. If you have anything more complicated like me, steer clear!
I have had three experiences with this organization and they were all great. Steve helped my son get back on the football field and helped me twice rehab from surgery. We have found Steve and Loraine to be helpful, kind and caring in all of our visits. This is a professional outfit that puts patients first.
Healing hands… I had PT in other places before for other injuries and/or post-op and never felt so much better after the sessions as here. Very accommodating with scheduling; very efficient in treating multiple patients simultaneously, while giving the necessary individualized attention; nice, inviting, space. Highly recommended !!
Went here after knee surgery. Had about 1 visit where, the wait time was excessive and when I was finally seen I had no individualized care. For that whole visit they probably only saw me for 10 minutes total. Then follow up appointments were made by the lady in the front who seemed to be in a hurry and was just plainly rude. Then literally zero communication of the next appointments which caused me to miss the follow up. I was then declined care permanently. I would not recommend this place and I’m still suffering the consequences of a not healed knee. They’re terrible.
