Everyone here are the best. Amy has helped me after my knee replacement surgery when I didn't think I would be pain free and mobility and am there now. She is very good and thorough with my care. Plus the rest of the staff are the best. I enjoy talking to Sammy and especially Ivan about cooking. They make my day/week. I highly recommend La Mesa Physical Therapy.

I highly would recommend choosing La Mesa Physical Therapy group. Hands down the best physical therapists I have worked with, I had cancer and the treatment affected my health quite a bit, my bones and lungs the most, this year I had my first hip replacement. Prior to the hip replacement I had tried to regain my health that I had before cancer or at least close to it. I had many set backs and never really saw improvement. At La Mesa Physical Therapy I worked with Joe, Jess, Sean, and Ivan they are a great team, they are considerate of where you are in terms of how much you can do and give you as many breaks and water as you need. I have never seen this much improvement with other physical therapists. when I started I had no endurance and took a while to do the exercises, pretty horrible at my balance, no strength or muscles. After working with the team for a while now I have gained a lot more strength in my legs and muscles!!! I have more stability when I walked now. The Physical therapists and the ladies who work at front desk are super friendly!! I will definitely be back once I get my second hip replacement :)

The best physical therapy out there!! I just want to thank the whole team for being so respectful, they treat you so amazing. Moreover, thankful for Dr.Nick and appreciate him so much, he has helped me physically and mentally throughout my whole 12 sessions. I was very weak when I first started physically therapy and doubted myself now after my final session I am better than good thanks to him!

A lot of old good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was this. I was trying to make an appointment for physical therapy in this place. The receptionist is horrible. She is doing bare minimum effort to help me to schedule an appointment. It takes more than 25 minutes for her to be able to let me know that the days and time are very very limited to scheduling an appointment. I’m very glad that I did not schedule nothing in this place. This place is not here to help.

Over a year ago being 21 years old, I had a right total-hip replacement. It was such a struggle for me to walk around that I was feeling pretty helpless at the time. Honestly, I thought I wouldn’t walk the same because of my replacement. I felt like I wasn’t going to recover. However, all that changed once going here. Of course I was assign to go here but I am glad that I came here. Once being at La Mesa Physical Therapy I started to feel hopeful again. This place was amazing. What made it so amazing for me was the physical therapists and the staff. Everyone is so patience, caring and, helpful. They care for your health and recovery. Everyone here are there to help YOU. Many of the staff will work with you one on one. Joe, my former physical therapist at La Mesa Physical Therapy, was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone there really help me recover. Today, after being there, I am able to do the things I was able to do before. In fact, I forget that I have a total-hip replacement. It took time but I made it through. All thanks to everyone at La Mesa Physical Therapy. 110% recommend.

I can truly say that since coming to La Mesa Physical Therapy group it has been the best thing for my left knee pain. I have regained full range in my knee. My Orthopedic Doctors are amazed at my progress . I'm so thankful as well as my family for La Mesa Physical Therapy group. La Mesa Physical Therapy is the best. Everyone (staff and office management) is very friendly and upbeat. I had PT for the same problem with a different physical therapist years ago. This time I felt that people really knew there business within a few weeks. I was feeling better and within two months I was a new person. If I ever need PT again I will request La Mesa Physical Therapy.

Last year, when I was looking for a local Physical Therapist, I researched a great deal and realized La Mesa Physical Therapy might be a good place to start. With chronic back issues for the last 16 years, I was ready to make some substantial improvements in pain relief, strength and flexibility. Thanks to Joey and the staff there, I started noticing improvements right away, and have been able to build a solid fitness foundation.
